Description of Work: After reviewing several reputable suppliers, I came upon Don Lowe & Sons. Don was very responsive to my requirements. A new HVAC/heat pump system was installed on time and with careful attention to detail and cleanup.

+ -1 moreThey informed us the our furnace was old and that we should look into getting a new unit. We got a price of $3700.00. for a 109,000 btu unit from them. This price was to replace just the furnace and thermostat there was no need to change the AC unit since our unit was fairly new.
Description of Work: Your oil furnace stopped working and they came out to fix it. They changed the oil filter because they thought it was the problem. The furnace worked for a few days and stopped again.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT. THEY IMMEDIATELY GOT TO THE PROBLEM AND GOT IT FIXED. DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EFFORT THAT THEY PUT IN TO COMPLETE THE TASKS.
