+ -1 moreCTI installed and has cared for our sprinkler system for over 7 years and we have never had an issue. When they find something that needs repair it is always reasonable. We have them start us up in the Spring and shut us down in the fall and the cost is very reasonable. I give them an A+!
Description of Work: CTI does a start up service in the spring and shuts us down in the fall. When they find repairs the cost is very reasonable. Always walk the property with them so that you are aware of how the system works.

+ -1 moreI have been using CTI Underground to service and maintain my extensive home irrigation system for five years. Their in-house customer service and field service technicians have always been courteous and professional. Always on time and on budget. Thank you!
Description of Work: Their service manager helped me diagnose the problem over the phone "So you won't have to pay for a service call if it's not needed!". They promptly repaired intermittent operation of my irrigation system. Reset the master controller and repaired an underground valve. I am very happy that their technician not only performed a full system test, but also adjusted the spray of individual sprinkler heads to properly cover new plants and shrubs.
