Excellent!! Our backyard has a steep slope into woodland but with the expert advice from Russ Irving and workmanship we now have a beautiful swimming pool. With lots of space to sit and relax. The TDH workmen were excellent being very reliable and working hard in the most testing conditions.

Very well. Although the weather did not cooperate this spring/early summer, the job took a couple of different appointments, but the end result was done before Memorial Day and looks great! In addition, we had some landscaping work done last year that was not working out as expected. TDH completely corrected the problem this year on their dime.

The final job looks great. I would try them again, reluctantly, for yard maintanance because they were very thorough in their clean up. The design on the plantings were just what I asked for simple and in line with the style of the house. I was unhappy with the landscaper's communication skills or lack of them. I had to call and email many times to find out when the garden was going to be planted. She kept putting me off. I had paid my deposit several months earlier and wasn't getting clear communication as to when the job would start. I ne. I left a message on the designer's answering machine and her email back to me said she would know by that night. I waited. The next day I called and she snapped at me asking if I hadn't received her email and that she would get back to me. I finally gave up and called to get my money back. The man on the phone apologized and convinced me to continue with them. Since I had been working on this for months I went ahead because I didn't want to start all over. He also got me into the schedule the next week. I really didn't care when the work was going to be done I just wanted to know when it was going to be done. The basic work went smoothly except for cutting my cable. I called MissUtility and they said that the landscaper was supposed to call. The landscaper said they called and she told me they don't mark cable. They do. We had to wait for the cable guys to come out and run a new cable around the garden before the landscaping could be completed. All that really wasn't a problem except the landscaper called to get her final payment and quot;walk throughand quot; before the garden was completed. I had to tell her it wasn't complete. Sort of odd. The gardeners who showed up were polite, professional and incredible workers.

I had a very good experience with them. They came out in December. They were very honest and direct. He follows through in a timely fashion. They put a lot of tender loving care into a project gone wrong.

We could not be more please! The entire team at TDH is top notch, professional and very friendly. The works showed up each day on time, were well supervised and managed, were productive and everyday cleaned up the yard, drive and work areas. Everyone was very respectful of our home life, pets and crazy schedule. Our succsss was founded in straight forward communications and expectation management as well as allowing us to be very involved daily so our project was just as we had hoped and expected. Outstanding experience.

Everything went well. The landscape architect was very creative and devised great solutions to some problems we encountered.

They do good work, but you have to show them exactly what you want them to do. Additionally, they don't seem to remember what is needed from year to year.

They have worked for us for nearly ten years, and they have been wonderful. They are expensive, but the cost is worth it.

Scheduled an appointment; they never showed up, never called back. My guess is based on the description the project may have been too small. After discussing the project, a follow up or call back would have been nice.

We have had this contractor out twice to give us bids on two different hardscaping issues. Neither time did the person who came out ever return follow-up phone calls with questions we had. In this second instance, she did not even give us an idea, while at the house, of what the finished product would look like, nor did she talk with us about what different kinds of materials were available. She has not returned our phone call concerning these questions.

Turned out better than I imagined. Will definitely use them again for all my landscaping needs.

No more water in the basement! They spread grass seed and covered with straw and netting. Excellent work. I will be working with their designer, Karen Gahs, on landscaping next year.

TDH was very responsive and always came when they said they would. The yards looked PHENOMENAL when they were done. The price was quite high, even for such great work.

I have used them many times during the last year and they always do a good job. The owner is, Russell Irvin, and he has good ideas, is flexible and gets things done the way we agreed. They are a little bit expensive.

The crew was on sight early in the morning and completed the tasks with the help a team within the day. The owner is very nice and was quick to respond to my needs. I will use them for all of my landscaping in the future.
