They have always come through for me in spades. Last week, Friday late afternoon, I had no water. I had guests and dogs so was in quite a panic. I called Robert and, as usual, he picked up right away. He said that he would work it out to come on Saturday. He called back a few minutes later and said JR would come in the morning. JR came and figured out the problem in no time, got the electric up and running and I had water again before noon. Last year, they laid a new pipe from the well to the house. Courteous, professional and very reasonably priced. Definitely a caring and concerned small business.

Another company was sealing a leak in my basement, when removing concrete discovered the broken pipe. Water came flooding in. Called a plumber who recommended Wilson Wells. Called them at 9 in the morning, he was at the house by 1030 to look at it. Told me that he was going to try to make it out that afternoon. He showed up 3 hours later with another fellow. They had to dig down 12 feet to get to the pipe in front of my house. Went out of his way to not destroy the concrete sidewalk in front of my house and to even not destroy the boxwood bush during digging. He was super fast, really professional, and charged me a reasonable amount.

JR came out to the house a week ago to investigate a pump problem, ended up with a new larger more efficient pump for the house and adjusted the water pressure within the house. JR was honest and direct and did a through job for us late on a Friday so we did not spend the weekend without water. If you ever have pump issues, call JR at Wilson's and get the job done right!!

I called Wilson's on Thursday afternoon and talked to Robert. He sent out one of his guys, JR, that same afternoon. He took a look at it and said that he would need to blow out the well, and he scheduled an appt. on Saturday. However, after he left, the water stopped coming in altogether. I called him back and he said he could come back tomorrow. So, he blew out the well with a compressor and replaced my well pump. The water took three days to clear and JR came every day to check on it. Even on a Sunday. The water finally cleared and we put everything back to normal. JR was great the whole time. He saved me from having to dig a new well right away, which would have cost thousands of dollars. He kept me informed on everything that he was doing and what was going on. I can't thank him enough for his service, his friendliness and professionalism. Not only would I hire Wilson's again, but I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

way beyond expectations, called 1:00 Saturday afternoon hoping someone would answer....., they left the job at 3:30 with pressure restored and my system much better off than when they arrived - almost unbelievable! the workers really know what they are doing and care about getting the water running right again - I will call Mr. Wilson with any well/pump/or pressure tank problems in the future, Fantastic company

I requested a quote for a constant pressure well pump from Wilsons and provided them with the original well report so they could spec out the system. It took 3-4 weeks and a number of phone calls to get a proposal. The proposal was for $15,000! Two other companies gave me quotes of less than $4000 for comparable, though not identical systems. I went with one of those companies and am pleased with the installation. I can't understand why the Wilson proposal was $11,000 higher than the others. If they didn't want the work, they should have said so and not wasted their time or mine. Anyway, I would suggest anyone dealing with Wilsons should get a second bid.

Wow, what a great experience. 1 phone call and JR was out on the job, had the pump up and ready to replace. I threw him a curve and ask for a constant water pressure system, this required a total different set of equipment. He dropped everything, drove to get the new pump/system and was back ready to install. This is not the standard pump so I was impressed on how quickly he came to my rescue. The new system is beyond compare to the old and the turn around time was perfect. The next time I have any problems will be to these guys. Thanks.

Wilson's was COMPLETELY AWESOME from start to finish. I called them at midnight when my water went out, expecting to get a machine, and I got a real, live person. It took a bit to diagnose the problem since shorts in the electrical line aren't exactly common (and in this case was caused by the incompetence of the geothermal installers). The next morning, though, they were out with a backhoe and dug up my well head (necessary because it was so old it was buried) to run a line from the house to the well head to get power back on for the night. Because I was already in the hole quite a lot and because my pump was 3 years old, I went ahead and had them install a constant pressure system. When they did, they first cleaned out the well, solving my horrible water quality problem that I thought was due to the groundwater, then checked the well's output to make sure it could handle the system. With a green light on well capacity (it was making 30 gallons a minute!), they put in a temporary pump and trenched out the line to the house to bury the line and put in a new water supply (since the old one was 50 years old, seemed wise). Then they put on a proper well head, sticking up out of the ground, so I don't have to have it backhoed up again. The next day, they installed the constant pressure system and the hydrant (a frost-proof spigot) in the yard. For the work they did, the price was awesome. They were VERY knowledgeable and had the water down for as short a period as they could during the entire process. They were INCREDIBLY respectful of my property, too. JT is a complete character, which is probably what rubbed some people the wrong way, but he's great. Wouldn't you take a crusty old expert over a clean-cut dumb teenagers who doesn't know the difference between a well controller and a thermostat? Robert is SO meticulous, with just great attention to detail and tons of pride in his work. I'm telling all my neighbors that they should absolutely trust Wilson's with any of their water problems!

The serviceman behaved inappropriately during his visit to my how and used racist language. I spoke to the company owner who has assured me to my satisfaction that he will address the issue with his employee and that this will not recur for future customers. The work performed was satisfactory.

Another plumbing/well company found indications of an outside leak in my well system last week when I was having work done inside the house. However, I had trouble getting them to commit to coming back out to resolve this issue due to a heavy workload, so I called Wilson. The owner answered and was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. He admitted he was also very busy, but he promised someone would come out that evening. JR showed up that evening as promised. He quickly verified there was an issue (my well pump repeatedly came on every minute to so, even with no water being used in the house)...he proceeded to pull the pump from the well to see if the leak was coming from there. He immediately found the issue (a brass fitting was damaged due to the acid water). He replaced the part with a stainless steel fitting to prevent any further issues of this type. He then checked the system to ensure the issue has been fully resolved, which it had. JR is a character, and we exchanged several stories back and forth. Very satisfied with this company, and I would absolutely call again if I had any future well issues.

I could not be more pleased or grateful for the service provided. I woke up the day of service with no water. I called at 7 am, and the gentleman arrived promptly at 9, my scheduled service appt. He put up with my hovering (I was so concerned it was a well issue and could face having to drill a new well) and was extremely thorough, explaining everything as he went. I actually learned quite a bit about not only the history of my well, but typical problems, etc. My pump ended up being broken apart, which was the problem. He replaced it with a new, stronger horsepower pump. Without going into detail, I also learned that it was not "normal" to have lived with the horribly iron-filled water (before it gets to my treatment system) for the past 23 years. He ran the water before hooking it back up to my house until it ran clear. At the end of the service, I ended up not only with cleaner water, but better water pressure as well as the new pump. I cannot commend the service enough. The service call was about 3-1/2-4 hours.

Great! We expected to have to buy a new pump. He saved us about 600.00 by fixing/replacing a very old part. He responded quickly. Fixed the problem. Was friendly. Fair price.

It was just that I had a clogged filter and they came within an hour or so. It was an easy thing, he took the old one out and put the new one in and he was gone. It was nothing major. There was no cleanup, he was accommodating and courteous, all those good things. It cost about eighty dollars. It was a small filter and he had to charge for the house call. He wasn't here more than fifteen minutes. They are very nice people and I would use them again in the future.

I called JR at 0745 and left a message. I did not hold my breath that someone would call me back before 0900. Well thirty seconds later JR called me back and said he would be there within the hour. He showed up 40 minutes later!!! He crawled under our home to find the problem with our well. THE GOOD NEWS ...... He said it was under warranty!!! He only charged us for labor!!! He could of not said a word and made a whole lot more money!!! THIS MAN HAS INTEGRITY!!!!! Needless to say an hour later we had our water back on and running!!! Professional and a genuine person!!! Not only did I find a new well guy but we found a new friend!! He spent about 45 minutes sitting on our deck just shooting the breeze with us!!! Class guy!!! I am a cop and I dont trust anybody!!! I have seen alot of bad people in my day!!! JR is not one of them!!!! Make the call to JR first and save yourself a great deal of hardship!!!! Thank you JR stop over and have a beer next time your in our area!!!

We noticed that there was water coming out of the well head located in some landscaping on Friday evening. We called Mr. Wilson at about 8 PM that evening. He set an appointment for the foillowing afternoon and asked us to shut off the power to the well on Saturday morning so that it would be ready for him to work on it. He called to confirm on Saturday and showed up promptly. The well head was located deeper than he expected. He had to excavate about 8 feet and called a helper since it was such a deep hole. He fixed the problem. He was prompt and professional. We were extremely pleased that he was there to take our call and solve our problem. We only wish that all homeowner problems could get solved this way.

I spent $9,995 on the job. Their price was average, but their quality was excellent. They were terrific when it came to professionalism. I would use them again in the future if required.

He pulled up the the old well pump, down about 50 feet. I agreed with the pump he proposed to use asa replacement and installed it without a problem. He ran the system for awhile to make all was OK. I separately determined that his price was reasonable for this work in my area.

The service was done promptly and took less that 1/2 hour, including the time letting the water run.

It only took them half an hour to answer the call on a Sunday, and they worked late into the night so we would have water to use. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
