Better than expected from start to finish! All of my personal deign ides were taken into consideration and adhered to as closely as possible given the many difficult circumstances of the space and the age of the house. All of the required changes in plan were clearly communicated and the few challenges (old house, working around old, poorly done "renovations") were handled in a stress free manner. Friendly, courteous and highly skilled staff completed everything down to detailed finish work in a timely manner for a fair and reasonable price. EXCELLENT overall experience which exceeded my expectations by a substantial margin!

We needed some remodeling and updating done to our home. We found Tomas Brothers on Angie's List. We contacted them for an estimate. Their estimate was reasonable compared to four other companies that we had contacted. So we chose Tomas Bros. for the job. They were prompt in their arrival, polite, courteous, and respectful of our home. They laid cardboard down with painters tape to protect our hardwood floors. Plastic was used to block off rooms and to protect our furniture. They worked everyday until the job was completed. We highly recommend this company. In fact they are coming back in 3/4 weeks to remodel our powder room downstairs. And we will use them again.

Tomas brothers came in a moment of need after the wind storm to repair our roof before we got hit with snow. Much appreciated!

We needed are master bathroom renovated and had to do it with a budget in mind. I was up front with that expectation and Greg was really great bring me numbers right away if there was unforeseen extra overages and expenditures through out the project. We chose a hexagon marble for the floor and white subway for the walls with a large niche. I’m a DIYer with perfectionist tendencies so when I wanted something changed or fixed He did it right away no problem. I had him install a infinity drain with inlay tile and some tile around it didn’t lay right after grouting and I asked for it be fixed and he did it no problem. He was honest with what worked or didn’t when I showed him pictures of what I wanted. The crew was every polite and always cleaned up their messes. I had to do some extra cleaning some days and at the end. Duct tape used for the floor protector paper left a big mess to get up but whatever. We also did all the painting our selves to save some money and installed the new light and sealed the marble ourselves. Also the plumber he contracts with was amazing. Him and his apprentice did excellent work and I was extremely happy. I will have them do all our heating and plumbing from now on. Over all I’m very pleased and would ask Tomas Brothers back in my house to do more projects.

Tomas Brothers did an excellent job on our master bedroom & bath remodel. They showed up every day, responded to concerns and did quality work. I found them to be very reasonable and honest. Highly recommend them.

All of the work was completed on time and on budget, and we are thrilled with our new basement. Tomas Brothers and their hired sub-contractors (plumbing, electrical) took our basement from foundation and a staircase to a fully completed space. They handled all permits and scheduling. While they suggested certain materials and fixtures, they also allowed us to choose other options with our approval to affect the budget. It was very much a collaborative process and their communication was timely and always provided good information and advice. Any mistakes/issues found during the process were very minor and were fixed immediately. Their work was warrantied for the first year and we were able to easily schedule an appointment before the year was up to address minor cosmetic issues. Tomas Brothers gets our highest recommendation and we have already used them a second time and plan to keep hiring them for home projects in the future.

I had contacted Tomas Brothers based on a recommendation from a co-worker. We were looking to finish our basement. Tomas Brothers provided us an estimate which was in ball park with other bids that we had received. We hired Tomas Brothers and they gave us an estimate start date. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to delay the start of our project; Tomas Brothers worked with us. The project took approximately five-six weeks from start to finish. They showed up on time and cleaned up daily. They really paid attention to details. They are very trustworthy. I definitely plan to hire them again for future projects.

Fabulous! The whole crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. I am very comfortable with Tomas Brothers. So much so that I let them in each morning, we talked about the work happening that day, then I went off to work.

Very pleased with the fireplace area. We now have a safe, pest-free and well insulated fireplace. The stairway railings were stained. The color is a little darker than I wanted, but the railings look nice and fresh. Siding was replaced and looks great!

They arrived at the specified time and went right to work. Very pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Greg and his crew were on time every morning. They were quiet and respectful of our yard, plants and neighbors. He was patient and was acceptable to change as we changed ideas a few times. We used upgraded materials and added coverings and soffit under the deck.

The job went well. I had 4 contractors come out to give me an estimate. Mr. Greg Tomas was the only one who diagnosed the longstanding, and oft "fixed" problem by actually standing in the faulty tub and telling me it moved. He also told me how he would fix the problem. His estimate was very fair and he was amenable to a few changes. Like all "small" jobs we hit a few snafus most of which had to do with the homeowner (me) making changes and supplying some of the materials. Mr. Tomas and his crew are skillful, hardworking and stay on task. The job was always clean. The plumber that he works with was also excellent. I could have wished for more open communication on the job progress and schedule when things did not work out as planned. The final result is outstanding.

It was a random mix of jobs, but Dan + his team (including some sub-contractors) excelled on all fronts. The budget estimates were fair, the plans accurate, they came in on budget, and finished the job EARLY! As with prior experiences, the team arrived when they said they would + treated our home as if it were their own. Work sites were always left neat + in good repair in cases where jobs lasted more than one visit. All permits were pulled quickly and inspections, when needed, passed on the first try. Their work is warrantied for a good length of time, too! We'll hire them again + have already passed their name along to numerous friends who are new homeowners.

Very smooth project. All permits were obtained, any small problems solved. They were very easy to work with.

This was our 2nd job with the Tomas Brothers and we were just as happy with the work as the first time around. Dan has always been good with communicating in regards to options, budget, and any issues he runs into when doing the work. The Tomas Brothers did a great job with our front porch and I look forward to working with them on my basement in the near future.
