I could not be happier with the outcome. The really do provide the highest quality work. They quoted a 4-6 week turn time and all work was completed within the 5th week. They kept me updated of the progress throughout the project. I would highly recommend the Tomas Brothers!

Discussed options with us before writing estimate/quote; arrived on time project completed on time and as expected; final cost equaled original estimate. Everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with work done. We have already talked to him about work at our new place, and reffered others to them.

The Tomas brothers were fantastic! This was a major renovation in which two rooms were gutted and a three-room Master suite created including a master bath and a walk-in closet. Floors were totally torn up and replaced. An exterior door and porch were removed and a wall of French doors were installed across the back of the house with a walk-out deck. Their bid was lower than my architect estimated it would be. As for the quality of their work, they kept me totally informed at all stages of the renovation. The project started when they estimated it would and was done in six weeks. There was no "start a project and then walk away for awhile." They showed up promptly every morning and my project was their priority until they finished. The work areas were thoroughly cleaned every evening before they left. The quality of their work was first class. My house is 66 years old and had some age issues (slightly sagging joists). They brought everything up to standards before any of the interior renovation started including the electric wiring. There were no shortcuts; the spacing of the studs and joists clearly showed their concern for providing quality work. The finished master suite far surpassed my expectation. This is absolutely a company you want to work with.

Contacted them through Angie's list on June 7. It is now July 6 and not one word in response. I will never use them

Tomas Bros, worked with our rough ides, suggested improvements, recommended products accommodated in process changes, Tomas brothers always provided estimates. Tomas was very prompt with work done did an excellent job.

These are serious professionals (Dan and Greg) who obviously take pride in their work. We are extremely pleased with their craftsmanship, oversight and communications . We dealt with Greg throughout the job and always knew when and what was going on. He provided good ideas for the renovation challenged person that I am. I really liked getting an 'allowance' for tile as it kept me within budget. They did an excellent job, on time and within budget. What else could we ask for - well maybe a bit less in cost but then again, they need to make a living too.

After Hurricane Irene we discovered water in our attic and I thought we would be in need of serious roof repair or replacement. We called Tomas Bros. based on a recommendation from a coworker. Two very nice, very professional men came out and replaced the vent along the attic with something called a cobra vent, which they explained would not allow wind to push rain into the attic. I was thrilled that we were not going to have to buy a new roof or do major repairs on this one. The men were polite and courteous and punctual and I felt like we were treated well during what must have been a busy time for them after the hurricane (lots of folks nearby had damage to their homes). We will definitely give them a call again if we need roof work in the future.

Brothers were on time for everything-tear down to clean up. This is the 3rd time we hired Tomas Bros to do work and will use again.!

An estimate was given, plus an explanation of what was going to be done. The piece under the door was replaced with a piece of vinyl instead of wood, so it would last longer, and then caulked. All I had to do was paint the vinyl piece to match the door frame when the caulk was dry. The floor was re-enforced with a piece of 4X6 that was screwed and liquid nailed into place. The gentleman that performed the work was very fast, and did an excellent job. Best part was that it cost $50 below the estimate! I would recommend them to anyone.

Simply stated, they took care of every detail. There are no imperfections. And, it looks absolutely amazing!
