+ -1 moreEd white of RE/MAX Executive is very good. We have used him multiple time and I have referred him to friends and everyone really likes him. What we really value is that he is really honest, when he shows you a house, he is very accurate with the pros and cons. When you find a house that you think you like and he takes you to see it, he does a very good job of giving you the pros and cons of the listings and also very good opinions on what the value and price of the house should be. He tells you what value or price you should put your property in the market for. He charges 3% on the value of the home. He is very good, he is very responsive, he goes above and beyond trying to meet the clients needs and be available for the client. He is very good at getting the task done such as appraisals. We find him to be very efficient.
Description of Work: We are using Ed White from RE/MAX Executive right now. He is helping us to purchase a home and he will be helping us to sell our current home.
