OUTDOOR SCAPES

I have been using Outdoorscapes' services for several years now. I have never had a problem with their work. The crew comes out every week on the same day. If the day ever does change, because of weather or holidays, there is ample notice. They are quick, thorough and professional in all they do. This is an excellent lawn service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They perform weekly services. I looked them up on Angie's List, I got three estimates and that is how I met them. Every week they come and do the regular lawn cutting and trees.

Chris who I believe is co-owner responded to my request for an estimate for leaf removal (now) and weekly mowing, trimming next season. I received a speedy response and written estimate. I receceive several other estimates to replace my current contractor. I received a bis for $300 fix price after Chris did an inspection. The next closest price was $650 for same leaf removal. I called Chris to validate proposed rate, he confirmed. I gave him the go ahead and his crew of 5 workers was out the next day. How can he do this job for this amount? His crew of 5, has high power blowers and the big item is that they blew the leaves onto large tarps and pulled them out to the street where they used a huge vacuum/mulcher to suck up the leaves into attached large netted trailer. The $300 included the removal from site. Chris made sure that he personally meet me and we discussed other services and great information on timing of services. I am not easily Impressed after 40 years in the Customer Service industry but Outdoor Scapes certainly impressed me out of the gate. I even asked Chris if the charge was enough and he said he was totally satisfied with his rate. Highly recommend to my Quarterfield Farms neighbors.

They were scheduled to arrive at 7:45 am. They arrived 5 minutes early. A crew of 4 got to work. Took less than 2 hours. Cleaned up all leaves (front, sides, back). I told them to go about three quarters of the way back in the back yard. They went beyond what I told them and removed leaves all the way back to the woods line (more then I said). The owner came to the door and asked if they missed anywhere. I said no and that they did a great job! Because we have a large lot we (my Mom and I) thought the price was very fair. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

I don’t have the bill yet. He gave me an estimate of about $150 give or take. I thought the price was really good. He responded very quickly and said he would be out in a week. He kind of missed this whole deadline. He came out the following week. We were really pleased with the service we got. We have a lot of Ivy and leaves that got stuck. They got all the stuff out.

Called them during peak leaf removal time. Was called back promptly and given an estimate over the phone, agreed to the estimate over the phone, and was given a time window when the work would be done. They arrived when they said they would and did the work in several hours (as expected). We left while they were there, so the bill didn't get settled that day. We received the bill several weeks later and it was exactly what they estimated.

Outdoor Scapes is very professional, and very reliable. I have them once a week, and they are always there when they are scheduled to be here. Every Thursday like clock work.
