Description of Work: Marc arrived on time assessed the items that I asked to be completed and determined materials he would need. He left briefly to pick up needed items. Returned and went right to work. I had my top 6 or 7 things I wanted done and I believe he was able to accomplish all but one. I have no complaints. He took one really short break in almost 6 hours of work. Some of the things he did were replace torn screens, replaced weather stripping on some doors, some dry wall work to fill in some holes that I remember... very efficient, professional and would use again.

Description of Work: I had a few items to be done including helping fix a leak above my screen door in my basement which did not fix the problem. Everything else done including installing new cabinetry went well.

Description of Work: Installed the kitchen ceiling fan, repaired the light switch in the master bedroom, installed the foyer ceiling fan, installed the outside lights on both sides of the house and in the back yard. Hung new address plate.

Description of Work: I had two drywall areas, one in the basement, one in my garage. For the drywall area in the basement, Jim and I talked about putting in a plastic cover instead of drywalling which I was happy about because if the water leaks out of the fridge again, then another hole will not be needed in the basement. Jim reshaped the whole and added a screw and it was done. As far as the garage, Jim went above and beyond what I asked by puttying all the holes and ensuring the rest of the adjoining drywall was secure as well. I have to say my garage was cleaner when he left than when he came. Though I don't have anything else for Mr. Handyman to do, I would recommend them. As far as price, I don't know what an hourly rate is for a handyman, drywaller, etc but I did think 150.00 was a bit steep. I had a 25.00 coupon so I used that.

Description of Work: Very disappointed. I just wanted a cement porch floor painted. Man responding was rude. I wanted a quote and he refused and said the $150 plus $20 every half hour is the quote. So angry with him planing on stoping the membership with Angie's List.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our waste drain which could have potentially been difficult to find and our insurance company sent a plumber who told us all the top and bottom cabinets in the area of waste drain should be removed from wall....and that it was our responsibility ...also to take out dishwasher. So, Jim so carefully did all this work just perfectly!!!!!! I only wish we could have used him for the pipe also...but the insurance controls that. Today, I had him back to replace everything. Again, a superb job!!!! I now feel I have someone to call whenever I need help with or a total redo of ANYTHING. When you call they have professional receptionists that answer th phone (did not have to leave a message) and was able to give me information and schedule an appointment within 2 working days. Robert came out and did GREAT job! I had my laundry room floor redone as a result of my water heating clunking out. He was able to drain the heater and install the floor that also needed new floor boards. This was a very pleasant experience and I would use them again. THANKS ROBERT for providing excellent service!!!
