Individually owned & operated franchise of the largest Handyman companies in the country. We are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and are full-time employees of the company. All work guaranteed for at least one year (any exceptions are discussed and noted on the invoice). And it's not just the small jobs! Description of Work: The online experience with Mr. Handyman of AA Co. was great. I had all my windows and doors re-caulked for the upcoming winter. The gentleman did a great job. Also, they were true to their word and the remaining time on my deal was refunded back to my credit card. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The work was good, and the technician was knowledgeable. They do charge by the minute, and do not give breaks on that (even if they are chatty). Overall, we've used them twice, and would again.

Glad to know that the quality of our workmanship was good. We used to charge in 15 minute increments, but that usually meant rounding the time up to the next quarter hour. Now that the techs all have tablets, the computer can calculate the time to the minute (actually, to the second!). That seems more fair to me... but I do appreciate the feedback about the tech being "chatty" and I will remind all of them - there is a fine line between being friendly, and it's important to gather information from the homeowner and offer advice, but small talk should be saved until after the job is complete and the invoice is closed.

We really enjoyed working with this member and are very pleased he was happy with the outcome. His insurance company underestimated the scope of work, but fortunately, they were very good about sending the adjustor back out to meet with me on site so I could show him what needed to be done, and we were able to get them to increase the settlement enough to allow us to do the job properly.

Description of Work: Technician was on time, courteous and very professional. My dryer vent hookup was located inside the wall and all my fuzz was filling up the space between the walls (unbeknownst to me). Mr handyman cut a hole in the drywall, retrieved the vent connection, cleaned out the space between the walls, manufactured a proper vent from aluminum sheeting, properly installed the vent, patched the hole in the drywall, mudded it, dried it and repainted the area so that it looked like it was always there. He cleaned up the area spotlessly.
