All of our technicians have a minimum of 10 years experience and are full-time employees of the company. Many of our regular customers keep a running list of projects and have us come out once or twice a year for a half or full day. They find they can get more for their money that way. There are also some good coupons on Angie's List for our service.

Description of Work: Mr. Handyman paid close attention to what we wanted in our kitchen. He moved appliances around. He cut out pieces of the counter so we could move the appliances. He installed a hood/microwave combo and cut a ventilation hole in the wall. Looks great and more importantly, he did what we asked. Thanks!

Description of Work: Ken went right to work and fixed a number of problems for us. He replaced the strip on bottom of front door, repaired ceiling fan in bathroom, glued kitchen drawer, repaired the folding door where the knob on top had broken, and rehung shelving in bedroom closet. Everything went well and we are very pleased with the results.

Sorry that you were not satisfied. I am contacting this member to find out what the issue is. I do know that he paid for a 4 hour coupon and we were able to get the job done in 2 hours, but I was not aware of any quality issues. I would encourage all members, if you have an issue with work done in your home, to call the contractor and ask express your concern. An honest contractor will address any issue. While it's fine to leave a review, it's best to try to solve the problem first.

Description of Work: Two workers arrived on time to prep for and begin the installation of a new awning, 18' long and @12'wide. The prep included putting together an 18' aluminum box into which the awning could be rolled and stored if preferred, or necessary, as in the case of high winds, etc. The men worked together as a team and were very professional, each complementing the other. My wife and I were both very pleased and began making use of the awning immediately! We would not hesitate to ask for either or both of these men for future projects.

Description of Work: I had a number of things done in preparation for sale of my home. Ken filled in a hole in the slab. Fixed some damage to a deck support post. Rerouted the backdraft damper for the dryer which was located under the deck. Replaced a cracked plumbing stack boot and ridge vent cap. Repaired a cracked compression fitting. Fixed the doorbell and a bi-fold door. Ken did a great job. The home inspector even commented on how well everything looked. I was impressed that he got it all done in just five hours.
