Did not fix leak in basement satisfactorily, seemed like he was in rush to go to next job. Started leaking next day.

Painted; installed vinyl flooring and a new washer and dryer. Had to move fridge and hot water heater to complete the installation. Quick and efficient.

The person who did the work was very professional and thorough.

The installer took an extremely long time to complete these tasks. He also discarded my old toilet on the side of the building and left other trash beside the dumpster, instead of inside the dumpster.

I love that Mr. Handyman provides an email when the employee is on their way. About an hour before he arrived we received an email detailing his experience along with a picture. Jamie was polite and efficient. We are very happy with his work, along with how quickly we were able to schedule an appointment. The office staff was also very pleasant and helpful in assisting us along the way.

All three projects were completed on time and with exceptional quality. Shannon coordinated all of the projects and she was extremely professional and timely in all her communications and worked around limited access to the property as we are out of town. Highly recommend Mr. Handyman of AA and NE PG.

The installation went ok. The overhead garage unit seemed to give the installer a struggle and it took the installer a long time to install the the storage unit and I felt the total was overpriced.

Mr. Handyman helped me in all aspects of this large project, from measuring and ordering materials at the start to clean-up at the end. Installation of both patio doors and of garage doors went beautifully, as did replacement of front banisters and repair of old termite damage. The crews were always prompt and notified me by email that they were on their way. The were clean and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Handyman's Dennis Jennings, with his attention to detail, was key to this project being a great success.

They wasted my time with a 100% lack of punctuality, professionalism, and responsiveness. They repeatedly delayed, and at the end failed to show up altogether for a pre-scheduled visit to inspect and provide an estimate. The visit was scheduled one day in advance. I was given a time window of 10am to 12 noon. At 8:03 in the morning they called me to say that they would show up closer to 12 noon. They did not show up during the scheduled 10am to 12 noon time window. At 11:59 am they called me to say that a job was taking them longer and they re-scheduled me for a time window of 2pm to 3pm. They again failed to show up during the re-scheduled 2pm to 3pm time window. They did not call me to say that they would not show up. At 3:24pm I called them and their answering service answered. It was not until 4:31pm that they sent me an e-mail to say they were sorry for not having showed up.

Barry and Philip arrived on time and were ready to work right away. We reviewed the items needing to be done by priority. thankfully Barry was able to offer his professional advice on a couple of the projects that were a cost saving to us! What a great to see both Philip and Barry love their job, are enthusiastic and KNOW THEIR TRADES! HIGH QUALITY work, very efficient! I've used several services in the last but now that I've seen the quality of the work Barry and Phil do, plus their Get Down to Business work ethic I know we will go no further than Mr Handyman. We ended up using Barry and Philip twice and what was also a big bonus us that we needed a very quick last minute turnaround Thanksgiving eve and they were able to accommodate us within a few hours! Stellar!! Love their work!

The handyman, Barry was extremely professional, competent, and efficient. The problem is the Millersville administrative staff: Their 100% mark-up on materials, and their non-existent customer service. The details: Apparently it's their policy to disallow handymen to show the customer receipts for any (unanticipated) materials they've purchased while on the job. I insisted on seeing the receipt, and discovered the 100% markup. I called the office to protest. Shannon was indignant that I should question this markup, so she transferred me to a manager, Mark, who was downright rude! He argued with me that I shouldn't be squabbling over paying $20 for materials that only cost $10. I told him this is unethical, and that his rationale was ridiculous (i.e., "This is how it's done every day," he'd said; "Besides, what do I expect if they're going to warranty materials for a year?"). So in the middle of my sentence, Mark hung up on me. Click! This was totally uncalled for. Profanity had not been used; insults had not been flung. He just knew he was wrong, and was tired of his own lame excuses! Mark's extremely rude and unprofessional behavior has cost Barry any future business from me. I do not recommend this company.

The work was done promptly, the workman were exceptionally polite and responsive to specific requests, and the repair looks perfect to me.

Terrible...after being charged for 1hour and 45 minutes and paying $285.00 the guy even with help using skype from his office could not diagnose the issue. He wanted to tear out the wall behind the shower but then opted to cutting a hole out in the ceiling of our garage to analyze where the water was leaking from and still couldn't find it. Very incompetent. We will never use them again.. Such a waste of time...such a waste of money.. no one guarantees their work anymore..

Even though what I wanted was lost a little in translation, my concerns were taken care of a 100% & that's what matters. The employee was polite and professional. Their pricing is based on a hourly basis regardless if finished less than an hour (excluding materials). Even though I do not like pricing done in that manner, their reviews were awesome & I wanted it done right the 1st time, so I paid a little extra.

The work was done quickly and professionally.
