The company is very professional. The workers are very respectful. They came on time. There expertise in the area that they specialize in was up to date and very good.

They were prompt. They came out with in three days of the call. They are very prompt. The price actually came out less then the insurance company thought it was going to be. They were excellent. Their service tech called and told me that they were coming out and the repairs were made.

Arrived on time and did a neat job after having me explain to him exactly what I wanted. Left no mess for me to clean up, and had some suggestions as to how to avoid this problem in the future. Did not take the whole 2 hrs. for the 2 small jobs.

He did a good job and I would have them back again. He got a lot done in 2 hours, considering there was an unexpected job as well with the roofing tile.

Everything that Mr.Handyman did seemed to be okay, and just mediocre. They did come in and do what they had to do. They also left in a timely manner. I would consider using them again in the future.

He was able to come out pretty quick from when I called. He went right to work and did a great job on all he did. He was honest and friendly. The price was fair though I'm not sure what the total charge came to.

Technician was courteous and professional. Work was conducted in a timely manner. Once the work was completed, the technician cleaned up all debris. I was very pleased with the completed work. There was no additional touchup needed and I did not have to go behind the technician for additional cleanup.

Man arrived on the job around 7:03 a.m. and did not leave until 6:05 p.m.,it took eleven hours to finish which I felt was too long. Although he did a good job on the tiles and the shutters, it should not have taken him 11 hours especially since he is putting the tiles over the existing tiles and painting the shutters still hanging to the house. If this HOURLY job is too big for him he should have called his company and asked for help. The house is on the market and vacant and he was left alone to do the work. He thought he would be done by 4 p.m. but when we arrived he had just started on the shutters so it took him another two hours to finish painting the remaining three sets of shutters. I called the supervisor, Ron, and he offered a token two free hours of labor for next week. Called back two days later to cancel due to schedule conflict, Stephanie told me I was not scheduled for the work for that day.

I had difficulty with getting several of the Angie's List handymen/carpenters to show up an estimate or return my call. I was disappointed about it. I saw an ad for "Mr. Handy Man" in the AL monthly newsletter and decided to give them a try. I called them and they put me in touch with Mr. Handy Man of Central Anne Arundel & Northeast PG, I got an estimate over the phone and an appointment and time for the work in less than 1/2 hour. On the day of the work I met Kenneth from Mr. Handy Man. This dude was off the hook, from a skills perspective, and fast. He made all the necessary repairs/cutting/sanding/gluing/filling/re-fabricating from scratch some of the railing portions that he cut out due to ROT.... I was impressed and all in less than a day. I purchased the raw materials he needed ahead of time and when he ran out I made the runs to get more so he could keep working. He cleaned up and then next day I primed the new wood.

Excellent. Customer rep was knowledgeable and professional. Details of how the company worked/charges were thoroughly explained. Work was scheduled quickly. Unfortunately the original date had to be changed due to an emergency on the part of the person they were planning to send out. This was handled extremely well with advance notice and a quick reschedule. Workman arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did a thorough, professional job.

When I called they were very upfront about the costs by hour, 2 hour minimum. Representative was on time, performed the work well and made sure that there was no blockage in the downspout. Since this did only take 45 minutes he asked if there were any other things he could do. So I had him spray the roof with water/bleach to get rid of fungus that is discoloring the shingles. I would call them again.

Things went very good, the handyman Alan was there on time and made the repairs in a neat and timely fashion. The fee includes a charge for going to Lowes and a restock fee. I did think the charge for the materials used from the truck was a little high. I would use this company again.

In addition to be outrageously expensive, the work was not completed to our satisfaction. Although the workman was punctual and seemingly knowledgeable, as the work progressed it became clear he was having problems. The work which was estimated at 4-5 hours, was not completed after 8.5 hours. The door was left without a sill (because it wouldn't close with the sill in place!) it did not close securely and now the storm door has shifted and also does not close properly. In addition, the handle just came of the storm door. We would be glad to reset it ourselves, but the allen wrench used to do this came with the door and the workman did not leave it for us. He did return the next day at my request, to secure the door and touch up some problems, but I will not call again to fix these new problems as it is very uncomfortable to have the same workman return when he continues to do an incomplete job.

Brad (the handyman, not the owner) was on time and very professional and fun to talk with. It took him longer than normal as drilling into the concrete slab the house sits on, ate several of his masonry drill bits. I have already had him look at more jobs. I felt for the difficulty these closet doors entailed, and the time it took, the price was reasonable to me.

Super service but incredibly expensive! They charged me $135 for the first hour and it would have been $90 an hour after that. Hire them for more hours, and the rate drops to about $100 per hour. I can't afford those rates for anything besides the most desperate repairs. Certainly not for little Handyman sorts of things!
