They did a great job and even took pictures so I could see what they would work on and what it looked like after they fixed it. I was very pleased.

I never got a phone call.??? The installation of the range hood did not go as expected, but he went above and beyond to make up for the issues. I would definitely recommend doing business with him for non-complex tasks like paint drywall, carpentry...they did a super job with that.

I’ve used them three times and they are always excellent. They come on time, clean up after themselves, and are always very professional. If they do not have something on hand, they will actually go and purchase it and come right back to fix the issue.

Marc did an excellent job, and was so efficient that I had to come up with extra things to do since I had bought a 4 hour deal! The work was high quality and I would definitely recommend them.

I did use a handyman and it was Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel & NE PG. He was excellent, really professional, efficient, on time and really easy to talk to. He provided excellent service. The last time he served was over the summer. The cost was 500 or little less. His ability to fix the things that needed to be fixed stood out the most. He was very professional. Everything was excellent. I would grade him all 'A's across the board. I would use him in the future.

We have used Mr. Handyman several times and have been very happy with their work. The first time we used them was when we first moved into our new house and needed a few odd jobs done, such as a stair railing fixed, some large pictures hung on the wall, etc. We were amazed at how much the handyman was able to get done in such a small amount of time and everything was done perfectly. The last time we had them come out was for the demo of our old kitchen countertops, sink, and backsplash. The work done was great, especially considering that the backsplash would not come off easily and took most of the drywall off with it - he repaired/replaced the damaged drywall - it just took much longer than anticipated - which at approximately $100/hour - cost much more than we had budgeted.

Ken came to my house a few hours every day for five days. As I said, he is so competent, as well as polite and personable. He always cleaned up after himself after every work session.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine. They were here on time and they did a good job. I didn’t have any problems. My overall experience with them was very good. The quality of their work, their responsiveness and punctuality were all good.

On Monday, January 13, 2013, I sent an email to request a quote on repairing a panel to a wooden garage door that was damaged by a car accident. In the email, I indicated I had photos of the damage that was done. Within an hour or two after sending an email, I received a call acknowledging receipt of my email and asking me to email the photos so they can provide the quote. I sent the photos the same day and received a response from Kevin Crysler saying "thanks. I'll be in touch shortly." I had not heard from the company by Thursday, January 16th and sent Mr. Crysler a followup email asking when can I expect a response. It's now Monday, January 27, 2013 and still no word. I?m disappointed to learn that this company's customer service is very poor. Even if the job was not a fit, it will help the prospective client to simply say so up front instead of leaving him/her hanging. I was considering taking advantage of Angie's List Big Deal offer with this company for another job, but will not consider working with them in the future.

Chalked tube and seamed carpet. Not sure the carpet work is going to hold up at this point but we shall see how it works out.

Mr Handyman of Anne Arundel & NE PG has good service, but their price is a little expensive. They were good and professional, but I probably wouldn't use them again, because of the price.

Technician showed up 5 minutes early, had all necessary tools, went straight to work and was done within 2 hours. He told us what could and could not be done from the list we provided but helped prep the area for another service person to complete the job.

Patched multiple holes in drywall throughout the house; installed an access panel (to access plumbing)

This was my first experience with this provider and it was first-rate/professional from beginning to end. After getting Mr. H's contact info from Angie's List I went to the website and submitted a request for service. I heard back within 10 minutes. The representative was very courteous and explained all details of their operation including cost with a follow-up email. Within 30 minutes after the first call, I heard from the owner to discuss the jobs and received a cost estimate of the work. Again, he was very personable, knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. On the day of the job, Ken arrived on time and was very courteous as well. We discussed the work and he began. He was efficient and did an excellent job. The work ended up taking less time than anticipated and the invoice reflected that accordingly. Mr. Handyman's motto is "On time. Done right." and they did an outstanding job living up to that motto. I was thoroughly satisfied, and I'm hard to please. I like to handle jobs around the house myself, but sometimes need someone with more expertise. Mr. Handyman filled the bill and I would plan on using them in the future as needed.

We were very impressed with the timely response. The one piece of siding came off the house over the weekend; we called on a Monday (12/23/13) and Scottie showed up the very next day on Christmas Eve. Scottie showed up on time, was professional, and the work performed was high quality.

Contractor arrived on time and proceeded to discuss what needed to be done. He left the repair of my kitchen cabinet to last. Although he said he would try to fix my kitchen cabinet he left without doing so. Contractor did an excellent job but for the money paid the repair of the cabinet should have been completed as well.

They showed up on time and completed the items I requested in just over a day. Price was a little high, but the service and quality matched, so no major complaints there. Everyone always wants cheaper. Finding a contractor who could do everything I needed the very next day was exactly what I needed.

I usually have a running list of items that need work. This is the third time I've used this company. I've had three different people each time. This time it was Marc. They are always on time and they always do a good job. What I'm especially pleased with is that besides doing a good job every time they have knowledge of lots of other jobs that they give opinions and prices on. I will be using this company on many more things.

Jim was the estimator who came out and looked at the job back in November and then on the 9th of December I called them back because I had not heard from them. They told me they typically don't do estimates. Jim had taken pictures when he was here in November. Jim did come back out and didn't remember there were 2 holes in the ceiling. I had purchased a Big Deal and they told me the job was bigger than what the deal called for. They job was bigger than 4 hours and required at least 6 hours so I ended up getting a refund and no work was done.

My living room ceiling had several cracks in it and was starting to sag. I was hesitant to get the repair done because of the location the repair had to look really good and not like a repair. Ken fastened the ceiling to the joists with many screws which took care of the sagging problem. Then he replaced and returned the next day to sand and repaint the ceiling. You cannot tell where the repair is. I didn't expect it to look this good. He really did a GREAT job. I also had some boards cut up so they would fit through my attic door. I already have them lined up for more work.

They were on time, they only charged me the time taken for the service. I really appreciated that. They were very friendly, and very professional. They gave me options and didn't try to up sell me. I

Excellent; they only did what was needed. Other companies had provided estimates indicating more work was required. Mr. Handyman's folks evaluated the request and determined problem could be fixed in more cost effective manner.

We called Mr. Handyman twice and are impressed you get a live person for scheduling even on weekends. First experience was great. The second time however was disappointing. I asked the handyman to hook up our new washer (purchased a year prior, used briefly and then 6 months in storage). I asked him to confirm he had removed the shipping bolts. He said he didn't see any and the inside of the washing machine was moving freely so it should work. He said if there was an issue he'd come back no problem. Well, there was an issue as I put in my first load that next day and the washing machine shook violently and moved across the floor! I looked online for help and was guided to remove the shipping bolts! When I called to let the company know how bad this mistake could have been they said the franchise owner would call. He did, but only thanked me for letting him know as they learned something from it. No offer to help me regain my trust in them. Nothing. I won't use them again.
