Scheduled appointment through Angie's List. Had to reschedule and sent a message to the company with new rescheduled date 1 day in advance. Handy Man of Fort Washington replied they don't check there mailbox often so my rescheduled appointment never happened and wasn't pleasured with the tone of the person replying to my message. Wasn't happy with customer service so went with another company.

Very well, quality work done by Ignatius Foncham. He was efficient and communicative.

Was able to respond with repairs when other venders could not even schedule an estimate for week.

Jean Calderon greeted me pleasantly & told me what he would do & approximately how long it would take. It took less time, so he saw that other shutters were loose & fixed them within the allotted time. Neighbors saw and asked for his card. They will be contacting you. He was cordial & courteous to my neighbors.

They never responded to the online request I submitted. In the season of major renovations, I assume my request was not worth their time. I ended up paying another person $1250.

At times, my DIY talents fail to match the project requirements. In those cases, I call in the experts. Recently I engaged Mr Handyman of Anne Arundel & NE PG for a large project. This was my second time working with Jim. Like in the past, the work was done on time, under budget and with high qualify. I have no reservation recommending these guys to friends and neighbors. Happy Wife / Happy Life -- remember that next time you have a project you just can't get off your honey-do list.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Clear and respectful in communication throughout. Paid close attention to the details and worked diligently while on the job.

Estimator was excellent and seemed very knowledgeable. Provided advice about areas of my house including areas where I was not currently considering having work done and did not try to hard sell services. Was told on the phone, that the estimate fee would be credited towards the cost of work done if I had them do the work. He provided an estimate promptly by Email after visiting the house and clearly answered questions/concerns about it. However, thats as good as my experience got. First off, the crediting of the estimate fee is only 50% if the cost of the work you have done is under $1000. This was not disclosed on the phone and can be found nowhere on their website. It was only revealed on the estimate. Second, the handyman that arrived came with 2 different style vents to replace our damaged vents. When we requested that he use the same style since both vents he was replacing were identical to begin with, he became confrontational and argumentative. After some time, he reluctantly agreed to go to a supply store and get 2 of the same vent, but was going to charge us for the time. This required a call to his supervisor which did resolve the issue. When he returned, his attitude had not changed and he performed the work. As far as I can tell, the work was done properly, but the vents are high off the ground (about 15 feet or so) and therefore its difficult to inspect them properly. Given his attitude, I am not certain that he put forth his best effort and would not be surprised if we had to have another contractor do this work again in the near future. He also did not clean up after himself. I found scraps of plastic and wire on the ground. As part of the initial estimate.we had interior work planned as well. However, given the workers attitude and lack of even an insincere apology, we have decided to get this work done by someone else. We will not be calling Mr. Handyman again.

It's called Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel & NE PG. That was last year probably November (2015).

Outstanding – Extremely professional knowledgeable, helpful, informative!

I decided to get an accent wall painted, thinking that everything was good. I took down all my paintings thinking I was going to get a whole hallway from the second floor down painted. He said to me that he doesn?t come cheap. He came on April 9th. The project was $800 and did not get finished. They guy decided to fix all of the imperfections in the wall. I did not need all of that done because I?m selling the house soon. He was not able to finish the paint job because of all the extra time he took to spackle and fix these imperfections and I paid $800. I have to now spend the extra time and money (including taking time off work) to finish the painting job myself. I will not be getting any of my money back for the service. He did fix things that I didn?t see, but he could have told me about the extra costs up front and how much time it would have taken. Some of the painting is spotty since he was rushing to get it done. I would have rather him skipped that extra work and just get the painting project done. I just want people to know that if you are hiring them for a paint job, they do a great job at great quality but they are way overpriced.

The crew from Handyman were the best, quality workmanship and customer Service. With this business only being around for 2 years, they know how to take care of the Customer. Excellent in all Categories.

Clear communication with me before the job about needed materials, time of arrival, estimate of work to be done. Because the coupon code was for four hours of work, and the estimate was for three hours of actual working time needed, we added caulking of a bathtub which was needed. The workman arrived at the time promised, ready with materials, worked steadily on all projects, and completed on time in full (save for a surface that needed a day to dry before sanding and painting: the handyman could not bend the laws of physics, alas.)

The handyman worked very diligently and was communicative as he worked. I appreciated that he answered my questions and I learned a lot from him. He finished almost everything on my task list. I was very pleased with the work.

II contacted Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel & NE PG to have a job done. Mr. Crysler was very responsive to my needs. He sent out Dennis (a technician) promptly. He showed up on time and explained the choices I had on a new sump pump. He accommodated my choice, bought the pump and installed it. He also got rid of a box fan for me. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
