Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel and PG County

The quote I received seemed reasonable for the time alotted to install an interior door (slab). The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. No problems there but as the he started going over the job he stated that it would take upwards of 3 hours or more ..... Wow. At this point, I'm taken aback.....this was a custom slab ordered to fit the existing frame. I've had 10 interior doors installed in the same home and it didn't take as long as this technician quoted for one door. A normal job should take an 1 hour and half or less if the person knows what they are doing. I can see if it was an exterior door. I guess being a female and needing work to be completed on her home automatically sends a flag for raised prices and hours being added to the job.

Extremely well. Mr. Glen was prompt kind and professional. Not all parts were included in closet kit, but he explained missing pieces and how many were needed. He was very knowledgeable and handy!

The technician arrived early and fixed everything. I am so happy with the service I got. Will definitely use again!

Unfortunately the technician was not able to perform the service because of my pitch roof and the work that needs to be done is through their roofing department. The tech informed me of what the issue is and what needs to be done and that someone will follow-up with me this week.

Mr. Richardson arrived on time, and was knowledgeable of cash task he per to used . Everything was installed property and for completely satisfied with his workmanship.

Glenn called, could come earlier-OK; fully explained various options for tasks; will get back to us with date for repairs.

The ceiling fan was securely reinstalled eliminating the danger of it falling.

It was great, Dix Mitchell showed up on time and was a total professional. Went over what I wanted done and got started right away. I was give a 5 hour estimate to finish the job. Dix took 2 hours to complete the list, so I saved money. Dix asked if their was any thing else I need while he was their. He made sure every thing was clean be for he left. This was my first time using Mr. Handyman but not my last!

- expensive - insurance would only cover half of the bill since they were much more expensive than competitors in the area. $126.25/hr amortized across entire job. Minimum charge is $276 per techinician so if you have only an hours worth of work it will cost $276.00. Also, an extra $60 per technician for each technician per day. - would only use the tile they selected - did not paint entire ceiling - did not install kick plate to cover carpet/tile and told me that is was normal practice (see attached photos) I had to call them back after work was completed to finish painting ceiling and to install kick plate to cover carpet/tile

Great. Went right to work, worked diligently. Fixed what we requested.

There were no additional charges. I found that the price was fair. He was so knowledgeable. He knew how to do things I didn't know how to do. He really took the pains to make sure everything was neat. They got right back with me.

If I will have hole on the drywall, I will call Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel and NE PG

Showed up late went to get paint which I could house gutter. Took 1 ½ hrs on the check & trip fee. Took 3 times longer to do door then most people would take. Total rip-off on hourly charges. Will never, ever use again.

Mr. Dix Mitchell was absolutely amazing. I truly enjoyed talking with him and seeing how he made sure the job was done perfectly. Without hesitation, I will call this company to do repairs in my home again. Mr Mitchell is simply the best!!

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and skill of the gentleman who did the repairs in my house. His skill level couldn't be higher, for example, the foil-backed insulation in my basement had holes and tears throughout it. He managed to replace and patch it so well that you wouldn't know it wasn't a new, full panel. He figured out where the water leak in my kitchen ceiling was coming from, without cutting holes throughout my ceiling, as another company wanted to do. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was great and I was impressed that he could put up the drywall (6' x 4'), skim the area, put in entirely new baseboard, and finally paint the area. I thought the service was a little bit pricey and the entire wall wasn't painted (about 60% of it was done) but the finished product was exceptional. You can't even tell there was work done as it was put back to original condition. Once we got new carpet padding down from another company, we can finally get back to using the room again. I would hire Mr. Handyman of AA again for any medium-major house project. Thanks!
