There was time left over so handyman suggested a few more things he could do within the time frame of the deal. We are planning on having him back in a few weeks.

Technician Dennis Jennings was outstanding: reviewed the work to be done, promptly completed the work within the specified time including an additional task, and cleaned up. Did not hire them as they wanted $170 to just come give me a "no cost estimate."

They fixed my disposal but did not clean the gutters. I paid for an hour of service and only received 20 mins of service on the disposal.

I have tried a couple different people for plumbing and I haven't been real happy with any of them. Unless it's a real complex plumbing problem I generally call Mr. Handyman of Anne Arundel County and they send somebody. I know if it's a real complex plumbing problem I have to get a plumber. I have called them for minor repairs of my house. Just general stuff I have had them come in to do. Electrical things, had them install a new garbage grinder and do some repairs to the outside of the house. With one exception I have used them 8 or 9 times in the last for years, and with one exception I have been very happy with the service. I always think everything is too expensive, but compared to what the rest of the market is charging I think they are competitive; maybe cheaper. One person came to complete the services. I used them because somebody recommended them and I have been happy with them.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the interaction and especially with the final product. The gutter ran across the edge of a three story part of the house that requires 2 men to install. Theyou sent one man to do the measurements, purchase equipment, and do initial work. This saved me money.

Called for gutter replacement and he came out and told me that he could repair existing gutter.

Technician arrived at scheduled time; provided options at reasonable cost to make repairs and informed of other over-the-counter materials and features to enhance appearance of area.

The experience was awesome. The person was very professional. He was able to give me an in depth option and a list of options. In order to close on my home I needed an FHA repair Loan. My biggest concern was a sink in the Garage. He explained two options to me which gave me a clear understanding so i could make a wise decision. At the end I got the Bid I was looking for. I would definitely use them again in the future to do the repairs.

Terrific. Right on time and equipped with everything needed to complete the work. I even had other shutters that were loose reinforced to prevent future shutter loss/damage. Replaced plastic screws with metal. Re-caulked lighting fixture. Completed in about an hour and a half.

Everything went great. The carpenter went to Home Depot for the supplies and returned quickly. He went straight to work and was extremely polite.

He was on time, courtesy and did the work. He even gave me a print out of the things that they do. They do charge you by the hour, so I try to wait until I have enough work.

The workman were very resat and inside work was neat and ready for painting. Only complaint is Karen had already indicated calling may be necessary. It was too cold on the service day to the caulking could not be done unless an additional day was good. This should have been told to me ahead of time. Only because of caulking. But would ask more questions.
