Great customer service team. They worked with me to estimate the repair and timing of service. Job is at the halfway point but so far everything has gone very well. Jim is the technician and has been honest and patient with my questions. I will use Mr. Handyman services again.

One of the projects I thought required attention, didn't, and Dennis was honest in explaining he didn't need to do anything while another contractor might "pretend" to do something. Very easy to talk to the customer rep, agreeing on a time frame and experience great flexibility in scheduling and rescheduling to suit weather conditions and my time availability. The service provider was right on time, easy to talk to, did an excellent job, and did not waste any time. I was also pleased with the clarity provide by the customer rep about what the project would entail, what materials were needed, and how to contact them for info or to reschedule. All round, good experienc. I will use them again, and recommend this service to others.
