Job: repair the flashing along the upper level roof over hang/eaves. He arrived a little early and completed the job in just over an hour. While he was on the roof, he too the initiative to hammer in our gutter nails/spikes. The cost was just under the estimate, so no suprises there. Overall I'm very happy with the entire process, the company and the results.

Little to say. Repair made to rental property when committed to. Workmen failed to communicate that they had reattached aluminum wrap but it had broken off and needed replacement. Mr Handyman offered a free job to make up for the problem.

I did not choose them for the work because I needed an estimate before making a decision. I could not commit without knowing in advance how much I was going to have to pay. Maybe they would have been very good, but requesting payment regardless of how much was needed for the surface was not a chance I wanted to take.

At first I was kind of skeptical on how the billing actually worked and the type of service they would provide for the price they were charging. Communication was excellent throughout the job and prior to the job. Overall good job, but I would rather be charged for the job instead of by the hour.
