He replaced the coil that was causing the leak. I had a great expreience with this provider. He was very friendly, he arrived to my home at the time he said he would be there & the work was completed in a timely manor and he was knowledgeable of his profession.

I found them on ANGIES list and emailed them to set up an appointment to look at my Sump Pump that I stayed up all night with to manually start it every 15 minutes during a very heavy rain event. Mr. Pumprey called me within 5 minutes. He said he had someone in my area. Within two hours I had a new Sump Pump. Needless to say, I'm thrilled and a future customer of MILLERSVILLE PLUMBING. it was late in the day, so Brent, forgot to leave me the warranty papers on the new pump, so I emailed Mr. Pumprey and lo and behold was told that in the first year, if anything breaks to call them. That's easy. He said he would send me the paperwork on the pump. Thank you Millersville Plumbing for coming to my rescue!

On Sunday afternoon we received a call from our tenants advising us that they had no hot water and only a dripping amount of cold water. Because Millersville Plumbing has always provided us with excellent service, we called them immediately. Amazingly, they came right out, diagnosed the problem, also explaining the unusual problems we were facing, suggested other excellent contractors who also came right out, allowing the job to be complete in two days rather them weeks. All this help at a time there had been a freeze in our area that resulted in many home owners searching for immediate help. One of our biggest problems was that the frozen pipes were under the floor of our beautiful new kitchen, the pipe repair could well have resulted in our having to have cabinets and ceramic flooring removed because the frozen pipes were under the kitchen the in a crawl space. Millersville Plumbing not only did an excellent repair job but also saved our beautiful kitchen from any damage whatsoever. By Tuesday the service was complete, repaired in a way that will prevent this from happening again. Millersville Plumbing is a family owned business who provides what we consider to be excellent service in a most thoughtful maner.

The county knocked on my door Sunday evening to advise there was a significant water leak outside and it was coming from my side of the property. I had them turn off the water at the meter until I could get a plumber the next day. I called Millersville Monday morning and they sent someone out within the hour to inspect and give me an estimate. They explained different options and cost depending on what type of pipe I had. I also told them of an internal plumbing issue I've had since owning the home that caused the downstairs toilet to gurgle when the washer empties. They advised they could remove the toilet and send their camera down the line to check for issues. This is an issue I've discussed with other repairman over the years without any answers. By 11:00 Monday, the Millersville crew arrived to fix the water line issue. It did turn out to be the polyblue pipe so I had the whole line replaced as opposed to just the break which was an option. This was no small task as they had to locate where to access the outside pipe since a porch had been added by the prior homeowner. They had to remove a shrub and dig a large hole to get to the line. The weather was bitterly cold and calling for snow the next day. The issue with the inside plumbing was a bigger problem than a snake could address. The camera ran into a block, which turned out to be a belly in the pipe. The team had to remove part of a brick walkway, dig approx. 5' to get to the septic line, where the belly was sending water back towards the house causing the gurgle in the toilet when the washer emptied. Solution was to replace belly in cast iron pipe with PVC. However when they started to cut the pipe, waste water started to come out. It was getting dark, snow was predicted for the next day, the team put up a tent over the work area to finish the next morning. Tuesday we did get the bad weather predicted with snow and ice. The team arrived in the morning and despite their best efforts they couldn't continue work until the septic tank was pumped. Based on the weather, understandably my septic company wasn't working that day. The plumber even called a few companies he dealt with and no one could make it. Wednesday morning, immediately after the septic had been pumped, Millersville was back to fix the pipe. While they were finishing up the job I ran a load of laundry and for the 1st time in 10 years, no gurgling toilet. Despite the weather challenges, the difficult work conditions, the team was professional, personable, and a pleasure to deal with over the 3 days. Millersville Plumbing is the best and I will never use another plumber but them.

They didn't try to fix something that wasn't a problem. Another company wanted to tear up my ceiling. Millersville said that the stain was an old one, and they didn't think it was current.

Easy to schedule service. Kyle was prompt and got the work done quickly. Courteous, friendly, efficient, and competent service. This is my FOURTH time using Millersville Plumbing. Definitely recommend them.

I have only good things to say about this experience. The company came out promptly to provide an estimate the day I called them, and I was very pleased with the price quoted. They completed the job the following afternoon, for the price quoted, in just a few hours. Everyone who came to the house each day--six people altogether at different times--was friendly and professional and took the time to answer the questions I had. They were also very careful about keeping the house clean as they moved in and out to do their work, since they were moving from muddy areas outside through living areas inside to get to the basement where some of the work was done. They completed cleanup and restoration work afterward and left everything just the way it was before they arrived. This is the company I'll call first any time I need another plumbing job done.

Very Responsive, same day service. Evaluated the problem and replaced seal and bolts quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

I realized I had a leaking water line, and contacted this plumber on Tuesday morning. I had an estimate by lunch time, and service scheduled for Friday. (A temp water line had been run, so we had water during this time.) The service crew arrived at 8:30am. Dug two holes in the front yard, to run the water line. Overall it took about 3 hours to do the job. When the work was completed, there was little evidence that the work had been done. They did a great job of cleaning up.

The service provider was great. I originally called to have the flush mechanism replaced but he convinced me that it wasn't that much more expensive to replace a 40 year old toilet with a new efficient one

Millersville has been very helpful on two occasions now saving us unneeded service calls. The first time we called about a drain in the front yard over flowing. He instructed us on how to contact the county and that the county would ultimately be responsible. He was absolutely right! We paid nothing! The second time, for the leak from the master bath they did come out but after realizing it was in fact a tile issue and not plumbing he only charged $20 for his gas and time, not a full service call. They are not out to gouge you! They want you to be happy and satisfied and call them again!

They were very professional and they did the work fast. They did a good job on it.

I am so happy to have found such a great crew! In the past I relied on the and quot;bigand quot; named companies and was more often than not frustrated. I had a major leak and had another company come out to estimate and they explained they would need to jack hammer concrete out of a major support wall. Bad idea. Millersville plumbing came out and dealt with my wife and she loved them. They were respectful, reasonable, they knew what they were doing and were very clean and efficient. They had to figure out how to change out a 100 year old major drain pipe in a wall. The result was a tiny clean hole cut out and a fixed pipe. Thanks Millersville plumbing! I have an old house that will need plumbing fixes in the future, I will always call you first! -Dan

Very good service and they came half an hour earlier than the appointment. The time to complete did stretch longer than what they told me but not more than a few hours. They installed a few extra faucets for us for conveniently shutoff water outside as well as some part of the house. The next day we found that they forgot to install the pipes to two of the toilets. I was anxious at first because we were traveling next day. Called them and a guy appeared in an hour at 5pm on a Friday afternoon and fixed them. Very satisfied with them to work overtime even though it was their mistake in the first place.

The price was reasonable. I called several plumbers and I just checked with neighbors who had work done and they were the one that so many neighbors had had done and another reason I went with them is they're a small family owned business and they've been in the area a long time and all the reference checks were highly rated. They've been around for a long time.

I made a service call request thru Angie's List on Sat 5/10/14 at 2pm…They contacted me Mon at 8:30am asking if they could come out between 11:30 and 1:30pm that day…I agreed and they were here at 1:35PM. Everything went smoothly

The garbage disposal broke and leaked water in the cabinet, floors and down to the basement ceiling. I needed a repair immediately and Millersville Plumbing was able to address my issue quickly. I have used them before because of their excellent customer service, honesty, skilled plumbing knowledge, affordable pricing and flexible scheduling which they always accommodated me.

Brent came out the same day. Recommended replacement faucet. Returned to install it after I purchased from a supply store. Very professional and efficient, work done in under an hour.

It was a Saturday around 11:00 and the washing machine was on. It started pouring out water from somewhere and the toilet on the opposing wall started flooding too. We shut everything off. We called Millersville Plumbing and left panic message. They didn't work on wkends I guess. I called others, they didn't work either. I called two other 24/7 companies and they said they were busy all day and would come out on Sunday! We had no water and the flood water smelled bad. and quot;sorryand quot;. We got a call back from Millersville and they walked us through a few tricks. It was confirmed that it was probably a county thing. They told us to call the county number and they'd call back to check on us. The county came out within 2 hours and it was confirmed it was roots in the pipes from the sidewalk to the street. While we were waiting for the county Millersville did call back several times checking on us. Then they called back and we were able to tell them they were right and it was the county after all. We were so thankful that they heard our message and called us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so worried and they kept me calm and assured us they'd be out if the county couldn't help us.

Found Millersville Plumbing on Angie's List. Obtained quote from them and two other reputable area plumbing companies. Millersville Plumbing was $1000 cheaper than one quote and $800 cheaper than the other. They arrived promptly and I was floored when they told me the job would be done in two hours. They worked neatly, dug two pits and replaced the existing (and leaking copper supply line with an approved plastic supply line. They were true to their word in completing the job in the allotted time and we could barely see the pits were dug after they were finished. They cleaned up everything they disturbed and we've not had a problem since. These guys know what they are doing and specialize in replacing water supply lines. I highly recommend them.

I called the day before I wanted the work to be done. Technician (Kyle) called to let us know before the appointment time that he would be about 15 minutes late which was fine with us. Technician found the leaks and replaced the leaking piece of copper pipe with PVC. The technician thoroughly and quickly completed the job. This was our second service call in the last couple weeks that we used Millersville Plumbing and we were very happy with both jobs. We would definitely recommend Millersville Plumbing.
