They arrived on time, cleaned the gutters and billed me exactly what they promised. It was all good.

Home was cleaned using soft wash process. Provider was prompt, professional and thorough and I'm satisfied with the results.

The two men were excellent. They were thorough, careful around landscaping, complete in their clean-up afterwards. The entire house was as clean as the day we settled on it.

It turned out very good and we were very pleased with them. We've had him out twice. I had them clean the steps down to the cellar so I had to pay more for that. I was pleased with the price and the additional cost. The owner was personable, easy to work with, and a good business man. He showed up on time and did the work that he said he would. He did a great job.

The owner came to do the work and was prompt and professional. He explained the process and did a great job cleaning. Scheduling the job was easy and straightforward, and they were able to come out to do the work quickly. Very friendly and great to work with.

Our house faces the north, and since moving in (Feb 2013) we've been planning on getting the house power washed?- and finally got around to it!??? The service from Extreme Cleaning Solutions / MD Power Wash was great?? There was one scheduling issue when they were unable to keep an appointment, but they were prompt in reaching out to reschedule, concise in their communications and professional in the services they did supply - along with going above and beyond on the rescheduled date.? Highly recommend.

The contractor was very responsive to e-mails and managed to work us into his schedule despite the fact that I waited so late in the year before having this work done. Unbelievably, he managed to come out and do this work in November! He spent more than two hours on the house and it looks beautiful. He treated it with such care that you'd think he was working on his own house. He even managed to clean the white bricks surrounding the garden when we had been told by another contractor that they were a lost cause. The house looks great and he did an amazing job. I will keep his number handy as I will surely use him for future jobs and I will recommend this company highly to my friends.

Everything went wonderfully. Phil showed up early in the morning, set up very quickly and got right down to business. The house was very dirty, the result of some very humid summers and little sunlight on the front of the house. Phil was able to make the house look new - the difference was startling. We've had power washing done in past years, but this is the best job we've had. We're thrilled with the results.

The provider arrived on time and performed a very professional job. this included the deodorizing of my trash cans.

He talked extensively about possible solutions and even tried one of them on a small area. Also,he pointed out that only parts of the house had been washed and powerwashed another small area that hadn't been touched by previous company, to show what the expected results should be. This all, for free and while talking very kindly and understanding about the company that destroyed our siding appearance. He promised to try another way of fixing the problem after ordering a special oxidation removing solution. We are still waiting, but surely, he provided an outstanding customer service.

Phil has always been courteous and fair. I've used his power washing services in the past and was excited to come back and get him to clean out my air ducts and dryer vent. I've heard that these services should be performed several times a year....this was my first time! He didn't make me feel silly about having not had this done already. I feel like Phil is honest and caring and in turn, I have no problem referring him to my neighbors, family and friends!

Prompt and courteous. They also did a good job on the house. They even set up a GoPro camera to capture their work in time lapse. Very cool. You can see a definitly see the difference.

I received an email within an hour of purchasing a coupon to have my house cleaned. Phil wrote me with an appointment the next day. He arrived as planned, completed the work in about an hour, and now my house is cleaner on the outside than on the inside! I highly recommend this company, and if you can get Phil to do the work, even better. He is very kind and worked until the job was done beautifully. He also sent me a receipt immediately by email, so I can show my HOA that I cleaned the house.

Very well, it looks great. The concrete around the pool looks bright and clean. The porch looks great.

Phil was great to work with, but unfortunately, the tech was unable to get to my house to pressure wash since I live in a far end unit townhouse and they do not have portable equipment.

Arrived on time. Trouble backing down driveway due to a very few small,low branches of little significance to property. I went out and said good morning and returned inside to not get in way. Next I looked out they were gone! i called and owner called back to say branches would scratch there truck and they had a bad feeling about the job! Had they come to the door and given oppty to discuss issue branches (one!) could have easily been cut out of way! Amazed they ran away...could have personally and professionally communicated in person when they were right here and knew i was, Before driving off and leaving me to wonder! We worked hard clearing property and had they done an on site estimate rather than by phone and zillow this situ could have been avoided. Caution on window cleaning! Their price is high and when questioned Phil (owner) said they are not really set up to do windows and it takes them longer so they need to cover labor costs...at YOUR expense! Over 10$ per window only exterior clean, not hand wash even! Be careful! I would not recommend them and their pretty truck with no scratches!!!! Extremely disappointed in lack of professionalism, not to mention left hanging with work not done. Use another service!!!! UPDATE: I would like to respond to the response by Phil of md power wash...I am insulted to be called a "picky" customer.. I was NEVER belligerent or rude! Rather questioned the service concerning windows as to why cost so high! as to speaking with Jessica the office mgr and Phil's wife, I do not know what he is even referring to. I went out and said good morning is all when they arrived. They list windows as part of their service in their description of services and perhaps should remove that since he indicates it not what they are set up to do. And we get fuel trucks and even our moving van made it down the drive. I am insulted by his accusations and think he was being defensive of the grade and needed to find an excuse - I was the scapegoat! Never have difficulties with other services. Phil needs to better understand how to do biz.

It wasn't the greatest experience. The material that they used cause my outdoor outlet to short out so they had to replace that, it caused my locks on my font door to jam so they had to fix that and it burned some of my plants and only now it's kind of recovering. Quite honestly, I don't really see that much of a difference from when the house was unpower-washed versus power-washed so I wasn't thrilled with the experience.

They were fine and very good. They did a great job. They did a thorough job and they were careful in taking care of my plants.

Very pleased, they arrived on time and the price was very good. Great job the deck; looks brand new.
