MD Power Wash

Five Stars! MD Power Wash was very professional from start to finish! I have a 3 story townhouse rental property, and I needed the house and deck power washed. I was able to get an estimate, add extra service for the underside of the deck, coordinate and schedule a time between my tenant and MD Power Wash, and have the job completed all within a week! The communications were excellent; it was so refreshing to get the answers to questions quickly and efficiently. The crew did a great job. It was beyond my expectations! They completed the job before I got responses from others for estimates!

Excellent! MD Power Wash did a great job power-washing my 3-story town home. Reasonable prices (the best price by far of three quotes obtained), and good quality work. Phil Rogers is easy to work with, friendly, conscientious, and timely. He even taped all exposed outdoor electrical outlets and openings prior to power-washing. I would definitely recommend MD Power Wash and Phil to anyone who is shopping for power washing services.

They did an awesome job. I contacted them and was able to schedule an appointment for the next week even though I would not be home that day. They came by and cleaned all the siding and the house looks great.

Outstanding work! My house is sparkly clean. All the mold and spider webs are gone from the house and the concrete looks like new. Phil Rogers was easy to work with, professional, responsive, punctual and a very hard worker. I would recommend him to anyone.

I bought a Exterior Safe Softwash Pressure Washing on Angie's list. The company contacted me within 24 hours to schedule the service. I was not home when they cleaned the house, but the algae has disappeared; they did a good job.

Responsiveness was excellent. However, there was a scheduling mixup and they failed to show up on the scheduled day. I contacted them and they were very apologetic. They were here the folliwing morning and did an outstanding job. I can't say enough good things about them. I would absolutely hire them again and enthusiastically recommend them.

MD Powerwash was quick to respond via email with an estimate and time frame they were available. They scheduled the service via email as well. The guys came on time and did a great job. They were also the most reasonable quote we received out of four quotes total. They also emailed us a receipt. I would use MD Powerwash again for future power washing needs.

Technician arrived within the agreed upon time. He was friendly, courteous & professional. He setup quickly, explained what he was doing and did a very thorough job. He's a bit more expensive than others, but I have used others with lower prices and was not impressed. I am very pleased with his work & would hire him again & recommend him to others.

Everything went great. From initial contact to final inspection everything was handled in a friendly professional manner. This is the second time we used this company and we will continue to use them in the future. They even cleaned the patio chairs that were on the deck. After a long winter everything looks new again. He showed up right on time, went right to work, and even lowered the price after seeing that our gutters didn't need as much cleaning as he originally thought.

It was very good. They didn't seem to know about the deal when they got here. We showed them the receipt and they honored it. I don't know how good is the communication was about that but they did a very good job.
