Description of Work: Cleaned house and pressure washed basement stairwell. Had to point out a few areas I thought could be cleaner. He happily obliged. Even found an area on his own while doing the walk through. Overall I am very satisfied. I just felt like certain areas could have been cleaner with a little elbow grease. However, I like the concept of soft washing versus the heavy pressure washing. A family owned company.

Description of Work: They did a "soft" power wash of our house and got rid of all mold and other discolorations on our vinyl siding. They also did our shed. The cost was more than other contractors but we liked the lower pressure washing on some delicate wall areas as well as carefully covering items that could have been damaged by their cleaning agent. Also this contractor had to come beyond their normal service area to reach our address.

Description of Work: Arrived just ahead of schedule. Very thorough, very efficient. The young men who did the job were exceptionally polite and fun to talk to. Will definitely keep them on the short list next time we need this service. Would absolutely recommend them to my neighbors. House hasn't looked this good in years.

Description of Work: The company rep contacted me quickly. We scheduled a date to have the siding of the house pressure washed. The company even agreed to wash our little shed for free, which we appreciated. We decided to ask about having our deck washed. We sent photos and we received an estimate that seemed reasonable. We decided to add the extra work. Unfortunately, the day of the work, we received an email stating that they could not get their equipment to our house. (They did not respond to an email asking if they tried using the side yard.) The company rep offered to help with our refund, but did not follow through. So, the experience was basically positive until the end when they decided not to do the work for us and then did not respond.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for home pressure washing and then called the company to schedule the appointment. Not having lived in this area very long I did not realize how busy these folks are, particularly at this time of the year. I had 4+ weeks to work with, but unfortunately the company could not fit me in for an appointment prior to a large function I was hosting at my home. They were apologetic and were happy to put me on a wait list for an earlier appointment, although no earlier appointments opened up. I ended up doing the work myself so I no longer needed the service. I have had no problems so far with either the company or Angie's List in trying to get a refund. I learned, too, that if I need work done by a certain date I will call the company to find out about their availability prior to purchasing a deal. I would not hesitate to use Extreme Cleaning Solutions in the future, I just won't need my house pressure washed again until after this deal expires.
