Phil came out to see if our job would fit into the parameters of the Angie's list special. He agreed to substitute our deck for the driveway featured in the special. He scheduled with us at a time convenient for us and showed up on time. Phil was professional from start to finish. I would definitely use Extreme Cleaning Solutions again and recommend to all.

Phil Rogers, the owner/operator of Extreme Cleaning Solutions (ECS) was quick to respond to my purchase of the Big Deal offer for whole house and driveway power wash. We were able to schedule a mutually convenient time easily. Arrival on the date selected was delayed because of low temperatures, Phil did contact me to let me know this. The job was completed and exceeded expectations. ECS did a better job at a lower price than my previous power washing services from other suppliers. For example, ECS power washed the brick chimney as well as some outdoor fencing arttached to a sun-room that i would not have expected as part of the contracted job. Very pleased and would use ECS againa a happily refer to others.

Power washed while the other helped take out the screens. Took several hours to power wash house and windows. I think it was 17 windows and it was great. My house sparkled and they wanted to stay as long as it took to make me happy. They came out with short notice to squeeze me in! They worked very hard for 4 hours or so! Two very nice guys and one was the owner. Thank you

Called up and talked to Jessica who set me up with a review follow up by Phil. He was prompt and very transparent on what they would do. Had to reschedule to get the right temps outside...they came early on a day we had planned for a later schedule...no biggie. Left things tidy and neat.

I contacted ECS on Saturday evening thru ANGIE's website email because they had a high rating and good reviews. Within an hour or less, the owner (Phil) contacted me back thru my email with a quote. Even though it was higher than the advertised $199.00, he said he could do it Monday afternoon! First surprise. I expected him to say to call his office and set up an appointment for sometime in the Spring. I emailed him back with an agreement to do the work on Monday.. He showed up right when he said he would and did a fantastic job. Second surprise...he got the stains off the front...and I still have paint (lol). He is very thorough, professional, and personable. Great customer service. My only warning about having your home power washed is that Phil makes your house look so clean that it makes your windows look bad...not by him..just because they are overdue to be cleaned inside and out...my fault (but lo and behold Phil does windows too!) Unfortunately I didn't think of that ahead of time, so here I sit with a sparkling clean exterior and dirty windows until I can save up money to have them cleaned too....sigh. Thank you Phil. I will recommend you to my friends and neighbors.

Prompt and attentive. Accidentally blew out the line for our cable, phone and internet while power washing the house. Despite the overall experience being positive, it was frustrating that we were without service for 2 and a half days. Verizon had to come and replace the box and I had to leave work early to meet them. I am sure that extra care will be taken around utility boxes from now on.

The service was excellent and pricing was very reasonable. He spent about 6 hours on this job and was very thorough and attentive. We were very pleased with this company/individual and would use them again.

I've never had my house pressure washed, but I wish I had known that the windows are going to look really bad after the pressure washing. Otherwise, they were fine.

Phil was responsive to my purchase on Angies List with a prompt email to schedule a date and thanking me for my purchase. We have just recently moved into our home which really needed an exterior cleaning - Phil performed work at apprx 1:30pm on Thursday 12/20. I was at work when service was completed (my wife was home) - I can see the house in the light today and it looks fantastic! There were certainly some hard-to-reach places with a pond and landscaping in the backyard in addition to some higher elevated areas in the back. Phil appears to have reached them all and I am pleased with the service! Our house looks great and I will definitely use Extreme Cleaning Solutions again!

In one word, "Fantastic". The longer version. Purchased the deal around beginning of November. All other quotes I've ever gotten were at least double this so it seemed like a great deal, and Phil's company was well reviewed. They contacted me pretty quickly and asked if I would be ok waiting until the Spring cleaning window in Feb/March since they had gotten so many purchases. I was fine with that so I said sure, no worries. We had few emails back and forth over window counts and whatnot, but they always got back to me pretty quick. Fast forward to last week, first week in December, and they say with the weather they can be out that Saturday. Sure no problem, out they came... Ok, my house was FILTHY. I mean, I try and all, but I live near woods so I had spider webs everywhere .. it was like walking into a haunted house. Plus the back side of my house is the naturally shady side and there is a massive tulip poplar back there and they just leave nasty black stuff everywhere. I had algae, I had mold, I had stains. So I decided that anyone cleaning it would notice what was dirty straight away, so I didn't mention anything specific. Long story short, my house basically sparkles now. It is CLEAN. Super clean, as in "My God, its THAT color?" kinda of clean. And Phil clearly likes what he does and geeks out on it .. explained how the water purifier leaves a spot free rinse on the windows and saves them hours in time. Sure enough they were spotless. Also there was one weird stain that didn't come off on my chimney, that I never noticed before this, that he went and did research on and found something that would clean it. He said he would come back in the spring but seriously I'll have him come back in the spring to do the deck. TL;DR Great work on a great deal, from a great guy, and from someone that clearly cares about his business and work. Recommend!

They were responsive and efficient both in setting the appointment and keeping the time/date. Their appearance was polite, friendly and professional and the equipment they use seemed to be state of the art and enough for any cleaning job. I've paid more and I've paid slightly less, but I've never had such a thorough and beyond my expectations result. The windows are spotless, the house shines and they cleaned up after themselves. I've had my gutters cleaned and had to clean clumps of leaves and mud off my patio, furniture and walk ways, but they left my property clear. They even cleaned my front porch and walkway without a charge. I'm not sure how long it took because I had to leave for work shortly after they started. Now that I see how good everything looks from the street, I know I'll have them back to clean the driveway!

Due to the Sandra storm service ewas delayed but i was kept well informed. The service itself was quick and I am satisfied with the result.

Roger and his employee called 1 hour before to let us know he will be arriving a little earlier. They did a fantastic job! It had been about 7 years the last time we had it done and didn't think they could get rid of all the dirt and they cleaned all the windows and the deck banister as well. We definitively will use this company again!

Went well. Somewhat difficult to schedule because company was overwhelmed by response. However, they worked with me to get it done in a timely manner.

We were very pleased. The siding looks very good and our next door neighbors saw what they were doing and how well they were doing it and talked to them about doing thier house.

The team was professional and did a better job than expected. They were so thorough, it was perfect. They even went above and beyond by blowing the leaves off the deck, giving the gutters a little blast, and the front porch railings looked so much better. I will use them again and again.

Overall, it was a great experience. Phil is very personable and gets the job done. We had used him a week or two before for my mother's house and he did the same excellent job there. I highly recommend.

As I mentioned, other then not being able to get the windows done at this time, everything went very well. The work was done on a Sunday while I was at work and my husband was out of town. They actual also cleaned my stone and brick walkway at no charge.

They arrived right on time and immediately went to work. and finished when they said they would. In the process, they cleaned all the leaves off my roof and out of my gutters without me asking them to do it and without additional charge. I was surprised to have more done than I had asked for. I asked them to power wash my driveway while they were at it. They gave me a reasonable price and did the extra work. My driveway hasen't looked so nice since it was paved over 40 years ago. In the process of cleaning the windows, they removed and cleaned all of the screened. They are beautiful but a couple of the screens were not installed correctly. Worth checking before they leave. As it was, it was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely call them back when I need this kind of work done again. They are pickier than I am which means if they are satisfied with their own work, I will definitely be satisfied.

I've used Phil for several times and have not been disappointed. He has cleaned spots on my driveway, taken care of my roof and cleaned my gutters. His prices are reasonable and his demeanor personable. I didn't feel taken advantage of at all! Phil has always gone out of his way to perform services with the utmost professionalism.

Phil Rogers arrived on time for the scheduled work. He estimated the job would take about 4 hours and he was right on the money. I voiced concern about the shrubs around the base of the house and he went out of his way to protect them. It was a brutally hot day and he and his worker took the time to make sure all shrubs were watered down, leaves and cobwebs were removed from doors and window frames and then systematically began their work. He advised us to leave the chemical on the roof to remove the moss and lichen until the next rain to allow the chemicals to work on drying up the problem. It rained the next evening and to our delight, all the moss and lichen was gone. The siding on the house looks great! Our home is 28 years old and we still have the original siding which now looks a good as the day it was first installed.It's rare to find a company that follows through on its promises and homeowners often worry when they contract for these types of services. Extreme Cleaning Solutions is a rare breed and Phil Rogers is an ethical businessman. We recommend this company highly to anyone and plan to have our windows washed at the end of the summer in preparation for the winter holidays.
