MD Power Wash

I selected this company based on special offered on Angie's list. Could not have been more satisfied, the house looks great. The crew showed up on time and completed in no time at all. Even helped me remove a screen from a window I could not get open! That extra act of kindness was so appreciated! I had referred them to my neighbor, who had hers cleaned the same day, we now have the shinest homes on the street! Thank you Phil, I will continue to send folks your way...actually I believe Matt across the street will be contacting you soon!

Phil was such a nice guy. Easy to schedule, punctual, and he did a really good job. He even washed my car!

Took less than two hours and had a beautiful result.

Phil's office called that morning to confirm the time he would be arriving. He arrived promptly and he confirmed with me which areas needed to be power washed. He was very pleasant and courteous. He removed patio furniture and other items that would affect the washing. He was very thorough and made sure that all areas were cleaned to perfection. He took his time, cleaned up after the job was completed and replaced anything that had been moved. Some of the brick and siding was heavily coated with mold and mildew which is now gone. The exterior of my house looks fresh and my patio looks new. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely use his services again.

Purchased special power washing offer. Company called to set-up appointment. Appointment was set between 12-2; they showed up at 2:15. Reviewed the scope of work and then they proceeded to complete the work giving special attention to particular soiled areas. They did a good job and we would use them again.

The contractor showed up on time and did the work. I left them to it. When I returned home, I found the bill for the extra services and everything completed to specification.

They were great! They were here when they were supposed to be. They did what they were supposed to do. They were very good! Their price was reasonable for the work done.

Phil Rogers, owner, took extreme care in power washing home and did not hurt any of my many plants. He was very courteous and prompt and expedited the task.

The gentleman came to the house, introduced himself and the got to work. The entire project took approximately four hours to complete. The house looked so..........much better after he was done. I highly reccomend the use of this company for your pressure washer needs.

All work was done in a timely manner and completed beyond our expectations. The price was more than fair. We would recommend this company without reservation, and Phil will be first on our list when the work needs to be done again.

I had some mildew buildup on my siding and took advantage of a $199 sale for a whole house pressure washing. I could not have been more pleased with the service. The owner of the company, Phil Rogers, arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He even did additional things at no cost. I highly recommend this company. Of all of the Angie's List recommendations I have used, this is the best one.

I purchased the deal for the house cleaning including 15 windows around October of last year and was contacted by Phil via email about the possibility of delaying my cleaning until the Feb/Mar cleaning season due to an overwhelming response. We were in no hurry at all and actually preferred to wait til closer to Spring. Phil also made the deal a little sweeter by including our shed and a few extra windows over the 15 window deal since we were willing to wait. When late March arrived and I didn't hear from them, I called Phil and he immediately scheduled me for a week later. Phil called me about an hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He agreed to do everything we had discussed via email in October, especially since 6 of my windows were going to be replaced the following week and he didn't need to give them a lot of attention, and there also were no screens being done on the house. Phil asked me to come out after he finished the cleaning to make sure everything looked satisfactory to me before finishing the windows. We have a large 8 foot picnic table which much to my surprise, Phil also cleaned! I really appreciated that! Everything looked great. He was very particular and did an excellent job. Phil's truck and equipment was also in very good shape and he was very professional and friendly to deal with. I had pointed out a dark stain on my second floor siding under a decorative oval window and unfortunately his cleaner was not removing the stain. I guess he got wrapped up in finishing the job and forgot to tell me, but I received a follow up email from him telling me that he went up on his ladder and the stain actually came off the siding when he rubbed it with his rubber glove! My house looked and smelled great (yes, you could smell the cleaner) and I am sure that we will be using his services again some day. I would highly recommend Phil to my family and friends.

Phil, the owner, was very nice, respectful, and professional. Jessica in the office was also very nice and helpful. I called and scheduled an appointment for power washing to include a gutter cleaning, however upon arrival Phil stated that the gutters didn't need it and told me that he would wash the gutters if I wanted him too, but he really didn't want to see me waste my money. Phil had a great set up on his truck and had everything that he needed to include the water (since I forgot to turn my outside water on). I highly recommend Phil and Extreme Cleaning Solutions to everybody. Thanks Phil!!!

Driveway looks great, and siding came clean (including moss/algae on the north side).

It went well. They were responsive and stayed on schedule. The work was done quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality. They went above and beyond and did a terrific job. They called before arriving. We walked the perimeter and he answered questions. Then when completed, we did another walk around. We were very pleased. The house looks great - thanks.

Showed up on time, performed a good job, even went back and did a few spots again with a stronger concentration to see if he could get stains off brick. Would recommend.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Can't say enough good about this company! After powerwashing my house, it looks like new! And the driveway too! No hassles! Scheduled the appointment online. He responded to my e-mails, came an hour early (and even e-mailed me to make sure that was ok) because I had a late afternoon appointment I had to get to. Would definitely recommend and they will be hearing from me again!

Prior to hiring him, he was able to tell me that the footage of my house was greater than the Angie deals limits and tell me the price for the additional work. He also told me about the window washing service and gave me a price for it. He was very responsive to all emails and phone calls. Came when he said he was going to and did a great job! Even washed my son's car which was sitting in the driveway- which made my son a very happy camper. In addition, he washed my ramp to my sun room even though that was not included in the estimate. very personable. would definitely use again

I learned of this vendor via an Angie's List Big Deal. Generally, things went well. Although my service date changes a few times, it didn't matter as Extreme Cleaning could perform the task without me as long as the outside water was on. One odd thing: they cleaned the front door behind the screen door. This was still wet when I returned and subsequently left water spots, which I had to remove with a sponge and towel. Other than that, the house looked good.

Absolutely outstanding! Emailed ECS on a Thursday with a detailed list of work desired. Within a couple of hours received return Email asking if Saturday morning would be acceptable time to come by and survey the property so an estimagte/quote could be prepared. Phil, the business owner arrived right on time at 08:30. Later in the weekend I received a detailed quote for the work with a message to call the ECS office manager to schedule if the quote was acceptable. Called on Monday to schedule. Weather was an issue for that week so we set up the following Tuesday 2/19 and Wednesday for the work. Phil the owner/operator and his assistant Jerry arrived right on time at 08:30. They set up their equipment and methodically went about the task at hand. I was immediately impressed with the effectiveness of the process. Their impact was immediate! Everything was becoming clean and very white again :). They are a very efficient team. They finished this big job by four in the afternoon so did not have to come back on Wednesday. In the final analysis, their efforts far exceeded our wildest expectations. The property now "POPS"! Our place has not shown so sparkingly since built 13 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about Extreme Clleaning Solutions and the whole ECS team. They respond to requests for help immediately, quote a reasonable fee, do exactly what they say they will do and make sure the customer is pleased with the results - now, what more can one possibly ask for. ECS gets our highest five star rating, hands down! Phil is the consummate business owner and operator, truly highly professional, ethical and he and his team are such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend ECS to anyone who needs this kind of service. These days, I have found that it is not often for a service provider to be so willing and able to get the job done for you.
