MD Power Wash

They were supposed to come out and wash the house. they called and scheduled a date and time a few weeks in advance. They called to confirm the date and time a few days in advance. They called the day before the service to cancel as they were too far away. I wish they would have checked the distance in the first place when they scheduled the date and time. I would have found someone else to wash the house prior to an event we were having. Instead it didnt get done.

The technicians were terrific. They were prompt, covered their feet before entering the house, set up their equipment quickly and started working. They worked on the chocolate spots deposited by my grandson by hand until they had them all removed. The furniture was cleaned within 30 minutes. it was damp and they told me it would be dry within a couple of hours and it was. The techs cleaned up behind themselves and my four year old furniture looks better today than when I bought it!

Phil is a professional! I am super impressed. He was punctual, has fair pricing and the results are fantastic. He even cleaned the front porch!! He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend their services and best of all I will be a return customer.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal offer. The worker came as scheduled and did a complete, professional job. The equipment was commercial grade, not one of the little units you can get at Lowe's. The deal was supposed to include power washing the driveway, which I didn't need, so the owner agreed to clean out the gutters instead.

Not only will I use them in the future but I am telling everyone about them. A first class company!

Great, they were super accommodating. I forgot the day they were scheduled to come, and they were really great to reschedule. (May consider a quick reminder call day before to avoid this in the future with other customers.) But truly awesome group of people. I purchased the power wash as a special, and it was great...old aluminum siding looks so much better. And, our roof had moss, and they were able to treat it and get it all off. Not pushy for a yearly wash either...suggested every three years. They will definitely have my business in the future!

It went very smoothly, they did a good job and I had no complaints. The house looks clean, no leftover mold or anything. They were willing to do it while we were not home which was convenient for us. We only had phone contact with them but they were professional over the phone.

They were incredible. They said they would help move things on their website and he came back the next day with another person to move a heavy object. Their customer service was over the top. They did a great job at a reasonable price. They have really high ethics. He even cleaned my gutters, I kept asking him to do things and he said yes. He was amazing and a nice person. He emailed and stayed in touch as we were setting up a time for him to come out, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

These guys are awesome! we just moved and was unable to located the main water valve. These guys helped us out and searched thoroughly to ensure that everything was good to go. House is cleaned. Will definitely use them again in the future

I bought this service on 1/28/2013 through Angie's List Big Deal. Since I also wanted the exterior of the windows and my front porch cleaned (additional services outside the Big Deal), I contacted Extreme Cleaning Solutions by email. I got a reply back the same day from Phil Rogers (owner) who gave me a quote for the extra work and set a date in February for the service. Early on the day scheduled for service, Phil contacted me that the service will have to be postponed due to inclement weather. This weather issue was to repeat itself a few more times (NOT Extreme Cleaning Solutions' fault). Finally on 5/21/203, Phil and his crew came at the appointed time; professionally cleaned the exterior of the house, gutters, windows and front porch. I came home from work impressed with the attention to detail Phil and his crew had paid to performing the service. This is definitely a company that understands the meaning of service. The quality of service from beginning to end was impeccable. Another surprise was coming home to see the check I had written for the extra work on the kitchen island. Phil sent me an email that evening letting me know the extra work is on Extreme Cleaning Solutions because of the postponements due to reasons beyond the company's control. I am very happy with the service I received from Extreme Cleaning Solutions. I will definitely use them in the future and also recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. There was some initial shock at the difference as the power washing removed so much...vendor came back to do sidewalk for free.

This was a very good experience. It was easy to make the appt. Mr. Rogers was prompt and did a thorough job. I have an end unit town house with brick front and aluminum siding on other sides. He walked around the house with me prior to doing the work and told me what areas could be cleaned completely and what areas on the aluminum siding may not come clean. The house looked much better than I expected after the cleaning, including the brick front and all the trim. Even the small area where the aluminum siding was pitted turned out much brighter and cleaner looking than I expected. This was a good return on the money and my house looks great.

Phil did an outstanding job. Our house had never been powerwashed before and it really needed a good cleaning. When he was done, there was a bit of dirt or staining on the house. He even cleaned the ceiling of the porch. I was very pleased with the work he did.

They kept me up to date on the arrival time. The receptionist was always friendly and personable. They arrived when they said they would and were done quickly. Phil was very kind and did a great job. NO problems. Would recommend them.

I contacted ECS when a 'deal' was presented on Angie's List. Jessica answered all my questions and was so helpful that I decided to purchase the deal, and I requested a quote for additional work. Phil was very responsive and provided a quote based on a photo I emailed ECS and street views from a map program. This is an awesome way to do estimates... very easy and efficient for both customer and service provider. The work was done yesterday, May 13, 2013. Everythng was done very well. The windows are so clean, I didn't want to close the blinds, and the front steps are so nice, that I had coffee out there this morning! Our house sparkles. Everyone involved with ECS is very professional, and those on-site were respectful of our house. I highly recoommend their services.

Their products didn't really get rid of the stains but they tried. They didn't leave the site in the same fashion they found it.
