MD Power Wash

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. There was some water infiltration into the house from the power washing so I called them. The person responded very promptly. There was a sofa that got a stain from the water rushing in and the person followed up. The service was good.

Everything went great! Starting with the estimate which Phil provided via email based on recorded square footage of house and a per window cost ($12 for inside and out, $7 outside only). Loved that we didn't have to schedule day/time just for estimate. Based on estimate we decided to go ahead and contacted office manager, Jessica to schedule appt. She was a pleasure to deal with...polite and professional, more than just a ''scheduler', she was able to answer a number of questions prior to work being done. Phil and a helper arrived on the day/time agreed upon and after a quick walk around went right to work. They worked non-stop from 9-3 and when they finished the house looked great and the windows looked beautiful! We have a lot of gardens and garden décor they had to work around and they did so without damage to anything. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. We felt their prices were competitive and definitely worth the job they did.

They arrived on time and performed their services outstandingly and professionally.

When I purchased the "Big Deal" they called me right away (the next day) to schedule and explained that due to popular demand they had a back up and wouldn't be able to get to me for a couple of months. They offered me the opportunity for a refund if I couldn't wait that long, which I appreciated. I decided to go ahead and schedule. The company did a fantastic job! They paid attention to the slightest of details, including cleaning the furniture on my front porch. I highly recommend them and will plan on using them again in the future!

Phil and his helper arrived as planned and cleaned my gutters in an outstanding manner. He is professional and tries very hard to please the customer. I hired Phil to clean the gutters however I needed the old overs removed and taken away. He did the extra task without charging additional monies. I strongly recommend Phil and his team to anyone. In fact, he will be cleaning my gutters once a year for now on.

It went very well. They found a tennis ball it'll surely be a problem. Very good customer service. I'll recommend.

Receptionist Jessica was awesome to work with. Very responsive, friendly and professional. We were 100% satisfied with the job. Owner did the work ( I believe) He was super efficient, fast and friendly. We recommended to our neighbors and will use them again in the future.

No services were performed due to the business not following up with an estimate or contacting at all after initial response.

Phil and his crew arrived exactly when they said, introduced themselves and began immediately. ? I had requested that they power wash the siding and trex deck, and also requested the gutter whitening. ? The siding and the deck look phenomenal. ?Upon attempting the gutter whitening, some of the finish came off ( They tested using a very small area of gutter on the side of the house). ?They stopped, and Phil refunded not only the price of the whitening, but also money to have the tested section of the gutter repaired. ?He told me that he wanted to speak with some other professionals in the business to find out if they knew of other solutions. Phil called me a few weeks later, and came back and tried a different approach on the gutter whitening. ?This also did not work, but was no fault of ECS . ? It was the finish on the gutter that was creating the problem. Phil was very professional, forthright and ?and made every attempt to make every right. ? He really put forth the extra effort to make things right. ?I plan to use ECS in the future, and would highly recommend them. ?A top notch company. ? ?A+

Phil did a great job. He is the owner/operator of his company and very proud to do a good job for his customers. He had a big job to get done at my house and had to delay it by a couple of weeks, due to a medical emergency. He stayed in touch with me and gave me updates on his condition. Showed up and did the work as soon as he could. Due to weather, he had to leave a small part of it undone. He contacted me the next day and set a date to complete the work (which was extra-good, as the unfinished part was something he was not charging me for anyway!). I was particularly pleased with how much care he took with cleaning the inside of the windows. I was very pleased with the work and would definitely use his company again. I will recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work done.

The initial phone and email contact was quick and professional. When they came to do the work, they showed up on time, worked hard and were friendly and accommodating. Phil Rogers explained that the mold on the roof would take a few weeks to die and then fall off. He was right. Our house looks so much better. It was definitely worth the expense. The only thing that I would warn people is that the chemicals washing down over the few weeks afterwards will kill grass and possibly plants near downspouts.

They did a great job and their communication was very good. The owner came out twice to do estimate to make sure I was satisfied. His office manager was a sweetheart. No complaints on my part. They were a little more expensive, but worth it. He worked with me to get what I needed done, and what I could afford. Quality people and quality work!!! I highly recommend them.

The women were fast, efficient, extremely pleasant and the site looked great when they finished. The contractor even asked for their contact info for the next time he needs a referral for construction cleanup

Phil was responsive when I first inquired about a quote. His quote was quick and fair. He showed up when he said he would and our house looks great. He was very professional!

Entire process was well handled and exceptionally thorough. I had debated on whether or not I wanted the windows done and am so glad that I had this service done. I have the divided pane windows and Extreme Cleaning assisted by removing the panes and where necessary moving some pieces of furniture so I could vaccuum and they could get to the windows. My house is brighter than it has been in a long time. Two folks from ExtremeClean were on-site from about 7:30am until past 5pm to complete the entire job. Will definitely use them again.

Phil Rogers did an excellent job of cleaning the mildew and dirt from the siding, windows, doors, and small side porch. He was efficient and professional. I highly recommend his company.

They did a great job. They explained what they were doing and also explained why one spot on the roof could not be removed (at least not without extremely harsh chemicals). They even did a light wash of my deck to remove some of the mildew (I wanted to wait until Spring to completely wash and re-stain the deck).

My home looks great. Next best thing to painting the entire home.

We just moved in and the house looked crummy, the concrete had oil stands and ground in dirt. There were some equipment problems so they couldn’t come out on the day they were scheduled. The owner made up for it by coming out at seven in the morning on the 4th of July. I was very impressed with him. They did an excellent job. The house looks like it was newly painted rather than washed.

They were very nice. The house has been stained on the vinyl siding for over 8 years, and they took extra time to work at it. Not all of it came off, but most did. I would recommend them.

This was a pretty hands-off event for me. I bought their $199.00 deal from this site. It did cost me extra as my house was larger than what the coupon covered but the extra cost was exactly what was quoted. They showed up on the scheduled date and at what I presume was the scheduled time of 2:00PM. I wasn't there. They were, however, done before 5:30PM. The purchase of the coupon was easy. They followed up with me promptly, and I was notified in advance of a minor scheduling change.

Working with Phil of Extreme Cleaning Solutions was a great pleasure. My first contact with Phil was to email him through Angie?s List to ask about a Big Deal they offered for a house pressure wash. I thought I had counted my days correctly to the deal expiration, but turns out when I came to purchase it had expired. I was pretty sure I didn?t miss calculate and emailed to inquire about it. He emailed me back surprisingly fast and stated that he would honor the deal for me even though it had indeed expired. I thought that was very nice of him to do. I am new homeowner of an older house that needed some other work done and I wasn?t sure if it would interfere with the pressure wash. Phil was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails asking him questions. He was also very accommodating regarding the date for the service, as I wanted to be home. He arrived at 8 AM on the day we had scheduled and explained what he would be doing and informed me what to expect the look to be after the wash. He gave me the chance to ask questions, which I really didn?t need to since he was thorough in his explanation. He was very quick in performing the wash and the house looked great. I was very pleased with the service. Not only did the house look great after, but the fact that Phil was so nice and really helpful to me would make me definitely use his services again.

Absolutely outstanding results!!!! I will use them next year. My home looks brand new. They also had a process to make the gutters white. Highly recommend. My neighbor saw the job and was so impressed she decided to hire them also. It was pouring raining and they still did the job. They did not damage my flowers or yard. Very professional and outstanding results.

Extreme Cleaning Solutions were wonderful. They were easy to get hold of, they called me back promptly, they gave me a firm quote in writing, and they rescheduled easily when I asked. Their listed cost was exactly in line with the other providers I called, but with the 10% Angie's discount, they were less expensive than everyone else. The owner himself (Phil Rogers) did the power washing. He did a great job - the house looks fantastic. I asked him to power wash the house and whiten the front gutters. The gutters were really dingy gray, and now they look brand new. He also power-washed the deck railings for free, because he felt like the house was not very dirty. I recommend them highly.

The cleaning was done very well and the technician spent time with the wife explaining the results and some spots that weren't cleaned as well due to acceptable reasons. Phil was very flexible in scheduling our cleaning and made the payment process simple. Thanks!
