+ -1 moreResponse by the company was timely and professional. Work completed quickly, no fuss and no muss. Several neighbors have used the company for repaving driveways several years ago and most have used the company again recently for resealing.
Description of Work: Resealed driveway that the company repaved and sealed (later) over four years ago. Sealant was premium quality asphalt based sealer.

Description of Work: Agreed to have Harrison do work on my and a neighbor's driveway. He was to perform the work the following week. Never showed up to sign a written agreement or perform the work agreed upon, and he never returned susbsequent phone calls. Totally unreliable.

+ -1 moreRep. of a local company came to my door saying they had a load of asphalt waiting at their warehouse from a canceled job. He wrote up an estimate and showed me two driveways in my neighborhood they had recently paved. The price was good and I agreed, since our driveway was in bad shape. The rep. (owner's grandson) was very friendly/polite. The work was done promptly and looked great. Unfortunately, the first time it rained, water pooled in the driveway and flowed under the garage doors into the garage, forming puddles in the garage and in the driveway. I called the owner, who promptly had 1/2" asphalt berms built up in front of the garage doors. This did nothing to impede the water flow into the garage. He also did nothing to address the puddles in the driveway, which we had never had before the job was done. I have called and spoken with the owner and/or his wife six times and sent a letter. They have promised to address it but haven't in 1 1/2 years! I will now contact BBB.
