The service provided was top notch from the very start. They responded to my interest call within a day, set up the free estimate within the week, and had the gutter helmets on the next week. I had to call once to get clarification on the billing process and the service center was very quick to respond, helpful, and willing to work with me. They over-sold project; was told they would examine gutter system, caulk if necessary, all items listed on agreement. They completed the work on two townhomes, mine and my neighbors, in 40 minutes. Approximately 80 feet of gutters. Sales rep stated work would take around 1/2 day...

Overall very good experience that I would recommend to anyone doing their gutters on a higher budget. Very good technician who worked hard to get the job done. Slightly lower quality materials than other installs that you see around. Their booking system could be more customer friendly. Overall happy with the experience.

Yes the new Gutters, down spouts and Gutter Hemet were installed. Was told they would be at the park around 930 AM but they did not arrive till close to 2 PM wasting most of my day waiting for them to arrive. hope for better scheduling on future projects.

Specific details about the installation process were not easy to get. First install date was actually a job review. Once installers came to do the install they were great and the job and product are all I hoped for. The Gutter Helmet just handled the July 8, 2019 downpours that flooded a lot of the NoVA area.

I purchased Gutter Helmet. Great customer service from the first phone call to the in house sales person to the installers. Product looks good and does what is advertised.

Last two rains have provided a waterfall coming off the roof and bypassing the gutter.

When I got the free estimate the salesman was friendly and professional. I requested estimate to service all gutters on house and shop and replace where necessary. He examined all the gutters and said that I needed to replace the ones on the shop and the rest just needed cleaning. I accepted the bid and signed a contract for the job and initialed boxes stating the following: Price Quote Includes: "Clean out existing gutter and downspouts - does not include underground drains." When they arrived to do the job I was told they only install and do not clean gutters. The salesman called and told me that there was a misunderstanding because they don't service gutters and only install new ones. The lady at the main office told me that they charge an extra fee to clean gutters so they contradicted each other. Why would I have checked a box regarding cleaning existing gutters if they were not servicing the gutters on my house? The shop gutters had been damaged by snow and were all being replaced. Make sure that you understand the contract you are signing with this company! "Clean up debris associated with job." I just had new gravel spread on my driveway, and they left chunks of debris around building and only removed the old gutters. Very poor clean up job! I had to remove debris left behind. I now have to hire another company to finish the job that I thought I had hired Gutter Helmet to do. I would not have signed a contract for half a job! The gutters they installed are fine and from the ground the installation appears to be good. The installers were professional until they left without cleaning debris off the gravel. The communication with the salesman and the woman from the main office was polite, but there were discrepancies as described above, and no effort on their part to resolve the misunderstanding to the satisfaction of the customer when asked about them. Once I found out that they do clean gutters they did not even offer to complete the job for an additional fee. Work was also to be completed within 45 days and it was 50 days, so don't be in a rush. BEWARE when you sign a contract with Gutter Helmet!
