The salesperson did a fantastic job explaining all of the intricacies of roofing, a task seldom faced by a homeowner. The young people on the roof appeared to this ground-dweller to perform professionally and quickly. I might have awarded a higher grade overall except for my perception that the crew relied completely on the material supply company for direction instead of the contract itself. One of the crew admitted that he had not read the contract. Since the supplier did not include the Ventsure Intake, the crew did not install it. GutterHelmet had to return a few days later to complete the job, requiring me to stay at home once again. Overall, the work seems great, but I can't shake the thought that a supplier's error could have provided me with lower quality materials for my money. There are cheaper roofers out there for that.

Once the service personnel arrived, the work was completed quickly and was done well. The problem was getting someone out to my house. I first contact GH back in the summer. After numerous cancellations and a few "no shows", the service was completed in October. Not a good look from a reliability perspective. Other than that, the product has performed well.

Many sections of the gutter guard previously installed were dented (the material is very thin aluminum) . New sections were installed. Tell anyone who works near the guards with ladders to use roof stand offs so they won't dent it. Nothing you can do though by hail damage.

I have 96 feet of gutter, and the three man crew completed the job in 1 hour 40 minuets. It was a drizzle rain during the time as well. Keep in mind this service will cost you more than just adding screens to your gutters. I have massive leafy trees, so I wanted more protection. The helmet anchors the gutter more solidly to the home. My service cost $2700.00. This is the second house that I have ordered the service.

After the estimator came to scope out the job and I sent back the signed contract, it took months and multiple calls for the work to be accomplished. (It was a straightforward gutter adjustment that only required a few hours' work.) This was during the worst of the pandemic so I can't complain too much, but I would have appreciated better communication when they cancelled appointments. When the work finally was accomplished I was satisified with it.

Overall I am pleased with their product. However, the list my deposit check and then had to pay by credit card.

We had our roof redone and had our 20 year old Gutter Helmets removed. The roofers removed them and bundled them but did not label them. It was difficult for the workers to figure out what went where when they came to replace them, but the worked it out. We got everything tuned up and good to go.
