We were very pleased with Gutter helmet; their cost was reasonable, their work excellent, and your follow-up outstanding.

Good. Covers blend well with shingle roof and screens cannot be seen on gutters attached to metal roof.

They have a lifetime warranty if they get clogged, they will come clean them and they did. Their price was very reasonable. Other companies wanted around four to five thousand dollars for the same job.

The installation went exactly as planned on time and I did not need to be on site during the installation. My real compliments goes to their excellent customer service. After the installation, my tenant contacted me to let me know their appeared to be a leak in the back of the townhouse over the deck at the right angle juncture of the roof. I contacted Ray in customer service and he was OUTSTANDING! He had a team over immediately to check the cause and have it repaired. Then my neighbor called a few months later stating that they were experiencing a spillover from my gutter onto their rear patio. I again contacted Ray and he was on the issue immediately. The team resolved the problem by redirecting a diverter on the roof. No charge for any of these issues. The product works fantastic, but knowing that I have such outstanding service available should anything go amiss has secured my future business. Please note the problems existed from the original gutter prior to installation.

Called and was able to set up a free estimate right away. Person arrived on time for the estimate. Estimate provided quickly and was within the $'s for other estimates. They were able to complete the work within a few weeks and showed up on the days that they said. Left no trash and work was done well. Would recommend again or use again.

The service was okay until they put up gutters on my rotted out roof that I was in the process of fixing. I specifically told them not to put gutters there because they would fall anyway. They charged me an extra 125 dollars for a waiver fee which I was not supposed to pay for but it was covered under warranty. I fought with these people for about 4 months to get my money back and they finally did. I think their production was okay but the service wasn't to good.

The workers showed up a few days early. They were very professional and explained what they were going to do. They cleaned after finishing. The work lasted about an hour. Our experience with the salesman, Mike, is what made the choice easy. After receiving estimate, we waited 6 months, called back, and they lowered the price.

Just OK; estimator showed up on time. They insisted that both my husband and I had to be here for the estimate. The guy who came was very annoyed that it was just a small job and I think he hiked the price up to discourage us from asking them to do the work, but we couldn't find anyone else who would do it so we went ahead. They did not call day before they were scheduled and did not show up on the day they were scheduled. The person on the phone was really rude about it; like I should have known they wouldn't show up because it had rained one day the week before. They finally came and did the work, but I won't know if it was done right until next winter.

It took several weeks for the installation team to come out due to winter storms. I was contacted to reschedule. They installed and left little evidence other than a few pieces of leaf debris and some clips on the ground. The system is very hard to see, which is good as it blends in very well with the pre-existing gutters and the color scheme of the house. It is so hard to see that I almost didn't mind the few things left on the ground, as it served as proof that they had been there and had actually done something! They also left an information packet explaining what I could expect-this info would have been best offered up front in my opinion. There have only been minor storms since installation, but the system does seem to work. So long as the gutters function and I no longer have to rely on the seasonal teams of strangers cleaning the gutters $40-$75 a pop, I'll be satisfied. A bill came the following week, payment due early the following month, easier to budget.

We live under three huge sweet gum trees that drop copious ''gum balls'' all year long. We also have an enormous leaf drop in our neighborhood. Gutter cleaning was a serious issue for us. We replaced our roof prior to the gutter helmet installation, and the company matched the roof color perfectly. They did the work in September, when my landscaping was still actively growing. Not a single plant was injured, plus they cleaned up meticulously. The gutter helmet system performed well during the fall leaf drop, and our gum balls just roll right off. The system handled the torrential rains of this fall with no problem. Royce, our salesman, was a delight to deal with. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was extremely satisfied with both the salesperson, Tom, and the installers who were very polite. They introduced themselves when they came to install and asked if I had any questions. They are very professional and neat.

The salesman was prompt and very professional. The price quoted was on the high side, but a friend recommended them so I went with them. (They did lower the price $100 when I mentioned it seemed too high). The installer was okay but not very friendly. So far the system seems to work but it has not rained much since the gutter helmet was installed.

Everyone with the company was very professional. They kept me posted on when they would do the job. Showed up, completed the work, and cleaned up so well I didn't know they were there. The gutter helmet system is a great improvement to the looks of the house and it works very well.

OUR INSTALLER TECHNICIAN CAME TO OUR HOME, AND COMPLETED THE JOB OF INSTALLING GUTTER HELMETS WITHIN 3 HOURS. THEY (ALL GUTTER HELMET EMPLOYEES) WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY INFORMATIVE REGARDING PRODUCT INFORMATION.

I SAW PRODUCT ADVERTISED ON TV.COMPANY CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND SET A DATE FOR WORK TO BE DONE. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME

CLIFF PEET CAME ON THE APPOINTED TIME, EXAMINING, MEASURING THE GUTTERS. TOOK HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW, WHEN, AND COST. DO TO BAD WEATHER THE GUTTER HELMET INSTALLERS HAD TO POSTPONE INSTALLATION. WHEN THE WEATHER CLEARED INSTALLATION WENT WELL.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE SALESMAN WAS COURTEOUS. HE ALWAYS ANSWERED MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY GOOD AS WELL. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
