dumpster service
+ -1 moreAfter the final pull and disposal, Diamond Waste erroneously charged us $953.00. We disputed the overcharge but paid the original $437.00 directly on the credit card. We obtained an audit and favorable decision from the credit card company. Claiming we never paid the original amount, Diamond Waste sued us in Maryland district court, where we won a favorable decision on appeal. But it cost us court fees, 2 days of missed work, and correspondence and fighting with Diamond Waste for their mistake. I have never had any issues with any rentals except this one, and their attitude was poor and they were unwilling to admit when they had made a mistake.
Description of Work: We rented a roll-off dumpster to dispose of building materials for our home renovations. We had rented the dumpster for one week, without limitation as to building materials (some concrete), to be picked up and disposed of by Diamond Waste. The final pull and pricing depended on weight. The agreed upon price was $437.75.
