Description of Work: Due to the size of my orientals, I needed to pay an additional amount above the Angie's List offer. Communication, pickup & delivery were all handled very professionally. Both rugs are bright & clean! Would highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: Cunningham's picked up and cleaned two oriental rugs. They called when they were running early (pick up) and called when they were running late because of traffic (drop off). Overall, we are very pleased with the quality and service of Cunningham's and we will use them in the future. The only issue is that it took over 4 weeks for the rugs to be cleaned. You may just want to factor that in to your time frame.

Description of Work: When I called to schedule they asked if I needed 2 people to come because there was furniture to move, which there was. I had to call twice to get a price on the repair, though their cost was reasonable. | |When they delivered the rugs they only sent one guy. I had to help him move furniture which didn't make me happy he never took the tags off the rugs.

Description of Work: So far, our initial experience has been great. From the phone rep to pick up service, things are on a positive track. Actual cleaning service not yet complete.

Description of Work: Hand washed two area rugs. Rugs were old, about 20 years, and filthy. Still don't look brand new, but that would be an unrealistic expectation. Two young men came to retrieve the rugs, one was in training, and another young man returned the rugs. All three of them had impeccable manners, very impressive these days. As for the rugs themselves, they are as clean as anyone could have gotten them, and they weren't expensive to begin with, but after being washed they have lost their shape and become "stretchy", but that was to be expected from a proper washing in real water I suppose. My only complaint is that it took 28 days from pick-up to return, so my use of the dining room table was pretty much non-existent for an entire month, which was inconvenient. Also the price was supposed to be $189 for two area rugs, but was a lot more due to the size of my rugs, plus they needed special treatment for old pet stains, so it came out to $345 total. Still not a bad price for the extensive washing they received.

Description of Work: MOVED THE FURNITURE, LAID THE PADDING DOWN, SPREAD THE RUGS OUT, REPLACED THE FURNITURE, ADJUSTED AND CORRECTED THE PLACEMENT OF THE RUGS. EXCELLENT WORK. WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.

Description of Work: Cleaned an oriental rug and made it absolutely shine. It was a smaller 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" feature rug, and years of accumulated dust had dulled the colors and contrast. Cunningham's brought it back to life for a very affordable price. The quality and professionalism come through immediately when dealing with them, and we would strongly recommend their services if you're in the market for rug cleaning.

Description of Work: Picked up my antique rug from Kazakstan--it needed cleaning and repair on fringe. They came, measured, explained the process took the rug and returned it when completed. They were very professional. My only minor criticism is that they told me they would talk to me about the kind of rug padding recommended, but that did not happen (and I forgot about that when they returned the rug). They did a very good job on the cleaning and repair.
