Cunningham's Rug Cleaning

Excellent service and friendly people! Answered all my questions about the process and gave me a quick tour of their facility. Showed me examples of replacement fringe for my rug and recommendation that best fit the type of rug being repaired. Discussed the process in detail and showed me an example of a finished repair job. Valuable rugs are well taken care of at Cunningham's!

I hired Cunningham's to clean five rugs for me. All my interactions with the staff were pleasant and professional, the rugs came out well, and the pick up/deliveries happened when arranged by friendly and helpful people. However, I had some challenges communicating with the company. When the rugs were picked up, the driver was unable to measure all the rugs and told me I'd be contacted with a final price as soon as they were inspected. I also asked about edge repairs to one of the rugs. After not hearing from Cunningham's for a few business days, I called them, received the pricing for the cleaning, and reiterated my request about the repair. I heard nothing for a couple of weeks, and then learned through other channels that my rugs were ready for delivery. I called to verify this and arrange delivery, which happened as scheduled. I never heard anything about the repairs (which were not done). I also had to remind the delivery people of the first-time-customer discount I was promised (which was immediately applied when they called the office to confirm). This was surprising, as they were extremely responsive with a very-short-notice carpet cleaning job I hired them for.

Company ended up charging additional fees beyond deal and did not disclose until delivery of rugs. Delivery guy had no authority to respond to unauthorized charges and were forced to pay to receive rugs

When another company was unable to clean my wool carpets, the technician called Jason, one of the owners of Cunningham's, and arranged for him to contact me. Jason called me almost immediately, and was able to arrange for Dean to come the next morning (!) to do the work. We were on a tight schedule, as the house was empty and our furniture was being moved the day after that, and I really appreciated Jason and Dean fitting us in on such short notice. Dean arrived promptly the next morning, checked everything out, gave me an estimate, and I authorized the work and left him to go to my own job. I felt quite comfortable leaving him there alone, with a key which I insisted he carry in case he locked himself out. That evening, I checked out the results. The carpets looked great! We have three rooms and a hallway, in two different carpets. A big water stain on one was gone, as was all the discoloration from furniture footprints on the other. I was super pleased with all aspects of the service. Cunningham's is also cleaning several of my rugs, and I will write another review for that service after the rugs are returned.

Honestly, I expected the service to go quicker as the sales representative at the front said because it was small it probably wouldn't take that long. It took two full weeks and when I picked it up I should have inspected it. I originally took it in because my dog routinely sleeps on it. Although it did smell markedly improved, there was still A LOT of dog hair on the carpet, that I had to vacuum up when I got home. I was disappointed and should have known better to take a look before I left the business. Based on the reputation I didn't think it was necessary.

The appoint was scheduled easily. Tech arrived on time. Measured & rolled rugs. All appropriate paper work. Rugs returned ahead of schedule looking excellent.

Cunningham's cleaned and repaired a long runner that had been torn in several areas. They also replaced the fringe. It looks new now.

Cunningham's picked up 4 area rugs arriving promptly when they were expected. I needed the rugs returned earlier than they normally would have been and they worked with me to see that was done. Rugs were very soiled and I was very pleased with the results. I will use them again

Fabulous service from start to finish; Ryan was extremely can tears, helpful and professional. The work performed on our rug taf exceeded our expectations given the state of the rug (pet stains).

Excellent overall service. Called before coming. Polite and knowledgeable. Explained there would be a charge above Angie's rate due to urine stains from our dog. Called when carpets were done and scheduled a appointment to return them. Again called when nearby. Went over all that was done and answered questions about the process to our satisfaction. Rugs were beautifully cleaned and a slight marking on the area that was particularly soiled was explained. Would definitely use again.

Cunningham's is fantastic company to work with. I worked with both Elizabeth (for scheduling) and Billy (for pick-up and delivery); both are very nice and professional, and represent their company well. I appreciated that they were both flexible in working with my schedule for the pick-up and delivery. An actual repair cost was less than the original estimate- a nice surprise! The cleaning and repair were completed within the original time-frame I was given. My rugs look great (very, very clean) and the whole experience was outstanding. Billy did a awesome job of returning the rugs and repositioning them perfectly in their respective rooms. I highly recommend this company, and I've already recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

Everyone at the company I had contact with (phone receptionist, billing department, rug technician, delivery crew) were all very polite and professional. They came to the house, documented the rug and hauled it away. Turn-around took about two weeks. Both rugs came back looking way better than I would have ever expected. Will definitely be using them again!

Fantastic!! I would definitely recommend Cunningham's again and will use them again in the future. The service was excellent, the price was more than fair and I really appreciate the fact that I was treated fairly. One of the larger rugs that I brought in had extensive damage, when we talked about the cost to repair it the gentlemen that were there (sorry, I'm terrible with names) were quite honest about the cost being prohibitive. Instead, they did some minor repair to the edges on both larger carpets and they did a great job! The rugs were also ready sooner than expected, so that was a bonus! Since I live so close to their location, I didn't take advantage of the delivery service they offer, but the convenience of having it is just another plus! I absolutely recommend Cunningham's!

It was a very easy transaction. I set up an appointment easily for Cunningham's to come pick up the two rugs. They did a great job cleaning them and returned them promptly. Cunningham's is a professional rug cleaners, so they're not cheap, but they do a great job.

I was very pleased with all aspects of dealing with Cunningham's. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, friendly, and professional - from the people I spoke with on the phone who provided me an estimate and arranged for the rug cleaning, to the guys who picked up and returned my rug. They arrived right when they said they would and carefully examined the rug before taking it to their facility for cleaning. The rug was cleaned and returned to me in about a week and looks beautiful. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Pick up was prompt, careful, courteous. I received courtesy calls 30 minutes before pick up and return. Re-installation smooth. Rugs look great.

Cunninghams set up an appointment almost immediately and came to the house. They measured both rugs and were very up front about any additional cost (which was cheaper than I had figured). They gave us a time frame of two weeks to clean both rugs. Less than two weeks later, we received and call that the rugs were ready. They promptly brought the rugs to the house and set them up. The rugs look amazing, brand new looking. We will definately use again if needed.

Very prompt pick up. Really appreciated the driver calling to advise he was delayed by traffic when delivering carpets. He asked if we had flexibility so he could accommodate another customer which was very considerate. Also, they had to move a very heavy glass top dining table to lay one of the carpets. Note: we purchased a big deal for $189, but we also purchased two pads, so our total cost was $484.00.
