Description of Work: Initially customer service was outstanding, however, after personnel turnover, there was confusion about what I requested and the agreed-upon cost. Although my insurance had already paid for the service, there was an argument at the time of delivery where I was requested to pay again. It required several heated phone calls to finally resolve. The quality of the cleaning was very good, but based on the poor record-keeping and request that I pay a second time for services already paid for, I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: The pick-up was on time. The rugs were cleaned very well. The delivery was problematic. The scheduler for the delivery was great and gave the delivery person enough time to get to my home in a timely manner. The delivery was scheduled to arrive between 7 & 7:30 am. He arrived after 8 am. I had to go to work and it is unacceptable for me to be late. I am in healthcare and have a very strict schedule. So I was upset. The rest of the experience went well. I would use them again, just not on a day I have to go to work. Thank You

Description of Work: They cleaned two Oriental rugs (picked them up at the house after they had measured them and assessed their condition) and, at my request, disposed of the old rug pads. I purchased two quality rug pads to replace the old ones which they cut to size. All the employees I interacted with were very professional and the rugs were returned rolled and tied in brown paper to protect them for a move. The rugs were cleaned beautifully.

Description of Work: Cunningham's cleaned over 20 Oriental rugs of various types and quality. Most of them were small (they charge by the square foot), but all of them desperately needed cleaning after several months of renovations, despite our efforts to keep them protected (construction dust is simply evil). |Elizabeth was great about keeping in touch with me and giving me the information I needed, including a clear explanation of the price. Eric answered my worried questions about how they would deal with the rugs (some of them I suspect are not colorfast and therefore inclined to bleed, etc., so I wanted to be sure they had experience with that). Their driver, Billy(?) was courteous, cheerful and helpful both picking up and dropping off. |All in all, a very positive experience, and the rugs are beautiful! |I gave them a 'B' for price only because I had intended to go with another company that had a lower price (about $150 less) and which impressed me as much as Cunningham's, but they were not able to pick up the rugs when I needed, so I ended up with Cunningham's--and am very happy that I did.
