I bought the rug in 1996 and used it at the front door for years and never had it cleaned. It eventually got demoted to a storage room and a guest's cat marked it. It was expensive for the size and I really liked it so decided to try a rug cleaning service. The result was fantastic! It is as clean as the day I bought it and there is NO SMELL---chemical, cat, or cleaner. They are very professional and I would trust them with an heirloom (if I had one). They also pick-up and deliver which made the whole process very easy.

I have 3 dogs and they do unfortunately have accidents. One carpet was heavily stained and had a bad smell....to the point I thought of throwing it away. they did an amazing job, odor is gone completely. they were extremely professionals, on time on pick up and delivery and I will defentetely use them again

Cunningham's rug cleaning went above and beyond my expectations. I had just about given up on our white area rug in our living room. Dirt had been tracked all over it and our 2 year old had spilled copious amounts of food and drinks on it. I decided to try having it cleaned before getting rid of it. Cunningham's was friendly and efficient. They came to my house and picked up the rug and delivered it back to my home when it was ready. All of the stains were completely gone! I'm ecstatic that our area rug that we love so much was restored to good as new! Thanks Cunningham's!

Rug pickup and delivery was on time.

When I made the appointment for the rug to be picked up, the woman who made the appointment (Kelly) was very helpful and accommodating with scheduling. I dropped the rug off to their office (although they would have happily picked it up) and the professionals who were going to clean it had a conversation with me about the cleaning process and the "prognosis" (so to speak). A couple of weeks later, I got a call from Candice who wanted to arrange the drop off. She was also very accommodating and willing to schedule it anytime that was convenient for me. When the guys dropped the rug off to my house, they unrolled it in its place. The rug was whiter than when we got it and looks beautiful in our living room! Cunningham's did an excellent job. Since we have one dog and and ever growing (read: messy) family, Cunningham's will likely see that rug again!

Over all, everything went well. Took a little longer than I had anticipated, but I am very pleased with the results.

I am extremely pleased with the services provided. The company was professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. I was considering replacing my rugs due to their dingy appearance and some stains but decided to have them cleaned instead and ended up saving myself a lot of money. The driver was prompt and efficient in his pick-up and the rugs were delivered and replaced in my house within a few days. I am so happy with the way the rugs look - and with my decision to clean rather than replace them. I also have small children and have peace of mind knowing that they are no longer crawling around on dirty rugs!
