Cunningham's delivered professional service from start to finish. The pick up and delivery men were courteous and very careful in their work. The rugs came out great. They also offered me savings I was not aware of with their service.

The customer service in setting up the cleaning was wonderful, and they were so accommodating. I was able to drop off the rug, and the staff looked at it and gave me an idea of what to expect before I left. They were honest that the stains may not come out all the way b/c they were likely related to sun exposure. After they returned the rug, I saw that the stains virtually disappeared and it looks as good as new. I now have the rug in a room with no coffee table - there's no need to hide any part of the rug with furniture! I had a great experience with Cunningham's and will use them again the next time one of our rugs needs a cleaning!

Once again, I had a great experience with Cunningham's Rug Cleaning. The office staff is friendly and efficient, they scheduled pick-up quickly and completed the job in a timely fashion, returning my cleaned rugs and placing them back in my home. They look wonderful and refreshed, and all stains are gone! I highly recommend this service - it is well worth it!

The people at Cunningham's are super - nice, polite, responsive, efficient - so all my contacts with the company were pleasant. They arrived on time, moved the furniture to get at the rugs, and removed them. A couple of weeks later they called to arrange delivery. I was about to go out of town so they kindly agreed to keep the rugs an extra week and deliver them when I returned, which they did. The job was amazing. Twenty year old dog pee stains were removed (I never dreamed that could be done!) and ALL the stink was gone. The present damp weather has proven that no stink is left. I am thrilled. It was worth every cent it cost.
