They were prompt, responsive and professional in cleaning 4 rugs that had some stains from a cat.

Cunningham's Rug and Cleaning was competitively priced for cleaning services and especially their appraisal services. Service was on time for both pick up and drop off. Only minor problem was they forgot to return pads with clean rugs which they mad a second trip to deliver pads.

Workers, technicians arrived on time and were always pleasant!! Company was very knowledgeable about oriental rugs and repairs.

Cunningham's Rug Cleaning was a pleasure to deal with. They were accommodating and stuck with their deadline. When the carpets were returned one was missing - good missing! The staff told us they had found some soiling on the fringe of one rug and they kept it in order to re-clean it. All rugs were clean and considerably brighter. Great service.

I received a call from Allison, the office manager, within just a few hours of contacting Cunningham's on Angie's List. Allison was able to schedule a pickup of my large area rug for the following day, letting me know that the crew would be happy to move whatever furniture was necessary to pick up the rug. She gave me a general cleaning estimate, indicating that they would need to bring the rug back to the shop for a detailed inspection to price the repair needed with the torn and possibly mildewed backing. The crew came exactly as scheduled, were very polite and professional. The following day, Allison called with the price for all the services I had requested, including wrapping for storage. Because I had a few questions on the mildew/mold I had noticed on the backing, Jason (one of the owners) called me back within a few minutes to further explain the condition of the rug and the various options, including his advice. The entire service experience was top-notch! I give Cunningham's my highest recommendation! I will definitely be taking all my area rugs to Cunningham's from now on.

Great experince, professional friendly workers.

I called on a Saturday morning frantic because the carpet had got wet still in it's cardboard box that I had shipped form overseas,. They were closed but had to be in that day doing some work. I was able to bring my carpet in and they showed me how they were going to clean it, there whole process, great job, took me in the back and show me the whole process, I was so impressed! I received a cleaned no damage carper, perfecto! I was so happy I brought my old Turkish tribal one for them to clean!

The rugs look great. The large Persian rug was handled very carefully. The men were prompt, courteous and professional, and the man in charge was clearly knowledgeable. We are happy with this work.

Great from pickup to delivery. Rugs look amazing. Very nice delivery guys. An employee called ring the procedure to let know two rugs needed extra cleaning, but no extra charge.

They picked up the rug and delivered it back to me. It took about 3 weeks, longer than I expected, but they did a nice job. They recommended replacing the rug pad which was $80 for a very flimsy 5'x8' rug pad. I suggest buying a better quality rug pad for less elsewhere, but their cleaning service was quite good and I will use them again.
