WONDERFUL SERVICE. VERY FAIR PRICES. WERE GOOD AT COMMUNICATING WHAT COULD BE DONE AND WHAT COULD NOT.

it went very well. they have been very responsive and kind. At some point, we were waiting for an estimate on the fringe replacement and that took quite some time. but when I called to enquire, they were very kind and super responsive. I would highly recommend them.

It went great. They cleaned 2 rugs. I really liked the price I got. They picked them up and delivered them back when they said they would. I wound up making a phone call to make sure I wanted to use them. They seemed polite and professional on the phone. The carpets are still rolled up as we are doing renovations and I didn't want to put them on floor yet so I have not looked at them. I did spend more than what the big deal purchase was because the rugs were larger.

The service turned out very well. They picked up and they dropped off. There were additional charges on top of the $189 Big Deal because our rugs were bigger than the Deal was, but it was fair. They did what they were hired for. It was just very well done.

Pick up and delivery on time and accomplished well.

Excellent! Used a $189 for two carpets cleaned Big Deal (also had some other minor services). Dropped the rugs off (they pick up, but they are on my way and I wanted to get them started as soon as I could). Service takes about two weeks. They have quite an operation in there. Took the rugs in the back, they went over the services that they provide and any that they recommended (urine treatment and minor repair). Two weeks later, called were ready. They are awesome. Absolutely no residual pet urine aroma. They are like brand new! I would definitely use Cunningham's Rug Cleaning again in the future.

They met me at my storage unit and picked up my Turkish Rugs and hand washed them. They did a great job. I would recommend their services to others.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Cunningham's. Their professional staff came to my house, collected the rugs, and returned them to me just a few weeks later, cleaned and wrapped. They sent photos of the rugs during the process, and were prompt with answering calls and giving information. I will definitely use them again! Thanks!

Cunningham did a fabulous job on pet stained rugs. The rugs came back smelling fresh and clean. Pick-up and delivery was prompt and professional.

Office is very organized and handled the request promptly and efficiently. The rug was picked up as promised. After a couple of weeks, we were notified that it was ready. We made an appointment for its return. The team arrived earlier than expected, but team was efficient and polite. The rug looks clean.. A great service experience.

They were very responsive to all email queries and did a good job on our white wool rug. It looks so much better than it did before!

They openly communicated with us what the best approach would be and what to expect. They scheduled a date and time (with a two hour window & not a 4 hour window like so many others) and showed up as scheduled. We received the finished rugs on time. They were very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. We have used other rug cleaning companies in the DC area that heavily advertise and seem to be all over the place. Cunningham's Rug Cleaning was by far and away the better deal and the better experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cleaner.

My wife and I was referred to Jason Smith by a friend of ours that had used this company. The team exceeded any expectations I could have had. Their pricing was more in line with what we wanted to spend than other estimates I called around for . Price is never my first consideration when looking for a service but it was a nice cherry on top when it is competitive. I think these guys are the best around and I know I am a high maintenance client for any company to deal with .

The guys that picked up the rugs were very nice and professional. They did take a little longer than expected to get the rugs back, but I also told them that it was absolutely no hurry and they came when scheduled. It was great, since they took pictures they could reset the rugs exactly the way that they had been except they were clean and bright looking. It was also a lot less cost than I expected.

It went very well. I had them clean antique Persian rugs. They had pet urine on them and the company got it out beautifully. It took 4 weeks to get the rugs back.
