great work and price

The crew was on time (called yesterday asking to come early due to extreme heat today), very professional, and courteous. They did the entire list of tasks including a couple dead trees being taken down and trimming all others on my wooded lot to get them away from the house and to be able to walk under them, as well as any dead limbs. They safely took the limbs down, several over my house including a leaning dead tree over the carport, avoided any damage to the house or fencing or anything else. They cleaned up perfectly like they hadn't even been here afterwards. I am thrilled with their service and highly recommend them to anyone. This is my first time reporting back to Angie's List but these guys did such a fantastic job, other people need to know about them. I used them even though they hadn't been rated here because a co-worker had recently used them and recommended them after his satisfaction of that job. The lead crew member did get a surprise of a raccoon living in the carport hanging dead tree. Wasn't a happy critter but he cut it so the tree section would fall easily to the ground and the raccoon ran off. He also trimmed a tree over my roof to the point it was nicely away from the roof yet left a bird nest with two eggs in it. I say this because it was nice to see him care about the animals as well as truly take pride in his work - how he did it and the results. Great crew all around! The "B" for responsiveness was for the time between my initial call where I left a voice message to the return call from them which was over a week. It was a holiday week when I called, however, even with that, I should have been called back a days sooner than I was. In the end, it was worth still going with this company as I was completely satisfied after that of their responsiveness to making the appointments for estimate and service and their work done.

HE CAME OUT AND CHECK THE TREES AND HOW MANY I WANTED CUT DOWN AND TRIMMED BACK HE LISTEN AND ALSO SUGGESTED HOW TO SOME OF MY TREES AND ALSO SOME OF BRANCHES SHOULD BE CUT AND AND HIS PEOPLE MULCH AND CLEAN MY PROPERTY WHEN THEY FINISHED NOW MY TREES ARE STANDING MUCH STRAIGHTER THEY ALSO WHERE VERY POLITE I REALLY THOUGHT IT WOULD COST MUCH MORE! HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THAT WHAT THE BILL WAS!

This was for three huge trees down by the water.

Not only was the cost for the job lowest than what I received from other contractors, but they had to travel the farthest to get to my home. They did a great job, even with the removal of the biggest and most awkward placed tree. Left mulch, cleaned up after themselves and replaced all fencing back to original status.

OWNER WAS PERFORMING THE WORK WITH ONE ASSISTANT. PERFORMED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND CLEANED UP WELL. PUT GRASS SEED AND STRAW OVER LAWN WHERE NEW PIPE WAS LAYED.P

BEAR LANDSCAPING PROVIDED VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE. THEY CONSULTED WITH ME BEFORE DOING ANY WORK AND BEFORE TRIMMING ANY TREES. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
