Bayside Electric Company is family-owned & operated by Father and Son, Tony and AJ Braun. Tony Braun learned the Electrical trade while working for BGE many years ago and continued to hone his skills through training and many years of experience. Known for being meticulous and a great troubleshooter, AJ has now completed the apprenticeship program and is following in his father’s footsteps. Both take great pride in their work and look forward to meeting new customers every day. There are many benefits to small, family owned businesses. You can safely refer us to your friends, family, and co-workers without worry. Smaller family owned businesses are notorious for offering better service and higher quality work since they are the business and no one cares more about a business than the owner. To Schedule an Appointment please call - (410) 421-5491. No Subs. No Travel Fees. Depending on the type of work to be performed, costs are either a flat fee or hourly, ask for details. Service work is guaranteed for one year, and installed products come with an additional warranty from the manufacturer.

Description of Work: Bayside Electric was perfect in every way! They wired my ceiling for a large light fixture and came back to hang that fixture after drywall repairs were done. They replaced all my built in smoke detectors on 3 floors of my home as well. They will be back to install recessed lighting in kitchen and many other things. They even offered a 10% refund since I got them off of Angie's list, but I felt they did such a wonderful job....I didn't take the refund!

Description of Work: Tony did an awesome job! I contacted him and he came to do the estimate pretty much right away. He had a full schedule this week and he managed to squeeze me in. He arrived at my house before I got there and waited patiently for me to get home from work. I would recommend Tony to anyone that needs work done! He is very knowledgeable and did excellent work. Description of Work: I described the requested work (install new ceiling fan) over the phone. After several back and forth conversations, we agreed on a service date. After arrival, we discussed the work and the service provider indicated that he was unable to do the desired work in the 2-hr time frame of the deal.

Response from Bayside Electric Co
How can you get a C rating on work that was never performed. I explained to the customer that this was a 2 man job since wires needed to be fished in. I also explained to the customer that she could get a refund for the deal. This was a job that we would normally charge $350 for, I offered the customer a 10% discount, plus an additional $15 off. That brought the price down to $300, I think that was a fair offer. Maybe there was a little communication gap on the scope of the work, don't know whose fault that was. I apologize if you were mislead in any way, but I don't think that deserves a C rating. Tony Braun Bayside Electric Company
