The technician was professional and seem to know his business. However, some how his work knocked out my Verizon input to the house. Must have happened when he installed a surge protector to the circuit box. I did not notice until a few hours after he left when the battery gave out on the Verizon equipment. Was without any tv, internet or wifi for almost a day. The Verizon people came out and fixed the problem at no cost as it was their equipment that went out. Informed the electric company what happened and they said if it cost anything to repair the equipment they would make good, which was nice of them. I thought the cost for what I had done (replaced 3 florescent fixtures, plus he suggested installing a surge protector to the circuit box) a was a bit high, but I don't know the scale of expenses for electrical work. The technician was here for a while. Overall was pleased with the work.

Two technicians, Ashton and Matt, were very friendly and polite. They assessed the problems quickly, bought the parts and returned to fix my two problems quickly.

They are very pro-active and have excellent communication skills.

For small jobs they charge a minimum $250 service fee, which the office did not inform me of. It was suppose to be an estimate, but they started the work before I caught onto they were not giving me an estimate. Work was very good, service as well. I spoke with office about the minimum fee and they reduced it

Very expensive. But gave a 1st time customer discount and 5yr warranty on the work. Over fair. 16% fee if you use a credit card which I was not informed of in advance.

They left as whole in my ceiling, and now I need to hire someone to fix the hole.
