Work done was very professionally and the area was cleaned after the work was done. An additional $125 was charged to run the electrical pole.

I purchased the Angie's List deal to have 4 recessed lights installed. This deal was pre-paid before the time of service. The work went fine and the two techs encountered no problems. At no point did either tech mention that the scope of the project would require additional charges. On an Angie's List 'special' for $299.00, I then received an invoice from the company the following day for an another $175.00. I read the agreement that stated additional charges may apply. However I certainly should have been informed of these charges before the work was completed. I never agreed to these charges, and had I been informed, I would have refused the work and some other arrangement could have been made. There is no mention of the additional charge anywhere on their paperwork either - the invoice written at the time of the work states the price as $299.00 and paid in full. To spring a surprise bill on me, without informing me first, without getting my consent, is an extremely shabby way to treat a customer.

I made an appointment with Baily & Shipp Electric to have my generator serviced and their technician Joseth (spelling from his phone ID) showed up right on time and went right to work. He was able to identify the problems, get the generator working while replacement parts were ordered and left everything clean. He returned in a few days - which was sooner than expected - and finished the work. The part turned out to be under warranty and the original battery was recharged so I paid much less than I might have. The work was done quickly and professionally and I am very pleased with how everything was handled. The generator was also serviced and I will have Baily & Shipp back next year and thereafter for check-ups and servicing.

Lighting was all installed and looks fine, but I wasn't thrilled with the sales tactic of trying to upsell me on LED lights after the standard ones were put in, and when the price seemed negotiable, it made me question the legitimacy of the company.

Overall, Ryan did an excellent job on installing the new lights. Everything looks great and the job was completed promptly.

David was our electrician. He was wonderful. I will definitely hire him again.

Went well. The 6 inch lights were not attractive and we requested 4 inch instead with LEDs. It cost $200 extra.

Bob and his associate, were early, professional and to the point. They let the service area clean and their up sale on the type of LED lights was worth the money. They did some other work for us on the spot with no hesitation.

They did an excellent job, and were very courteous and professional.

Hyatt and Dave are awesome. They arrived on time, covered my furniture/floor and installed the recessed lights without an issue. They communicated effectively throughout the process. They cleaned up when the job was complete. I am a happy customer!

The scheduling process was very simple and we were able to secure a spot within the week. The technician arrived at 8 am and was finished at 10 am. He draped everything and was sure to talk to us about everything he did before he did it. I would definitely hire them again. They did great work!

The installation went well. The techs were courteous, arrived on time, prepared the area to avoid dust and promptly installed the lights. Very pleased with installation.

I originally thought they did good work. Then I found out they used old, used wiring, and had to have everything rewired.

Excellent work. The electrician was able to install all 6 despite an unexpected encounter with an overhead water pipe.

I had contacted three electricians. One needed more than a week just to come out to do a free estimate. One said he'd get back to me but didn't. Then there was Bailey & Shipp. I got a call back within a few hours after submitting a request on their website. A day or two after that someone came out for the estimate, and a few days after that someone came out to perform the work. Very painless. The gentleman who came out did a great job.

Professionalism all the way. Punctual and polite. But the special was for $99 for a recessed light. In my case, it was for plaster. That ran more money, and then to add a switch was more as well. In the end, it was $300, not $99, and later on, I had to go back and add some patching material because they didn't finish the job themselves. I guess this wasn't part of it the job, to caulk around the edges of the recessed light.

EXCELLENT!!! The 2 installers were fantastic....punctual, knowledgeable and the lights they installed are look amazing!! Plus, they cleaned up after the job was done!!! It was all around amazing service!! A+++++++++!!
