Description of Work: Electrician cancelled at 4pm the day before our appointment, and could only reschedule for 34 days later. I already took time off from work. So disappointing, they were so nice when I called and explained what we needed done. We are trying to put our house on the market and had painters lined up for next week to paint the ceiling. Not good.

Description of Work: Bailey and Shipp did not perform any services for me. They are very unprofessional and unreliable. I did contact them and wanted to set up an appointment to have someone come out and see what work I wanted and to give me an estimate for recess lights. I was told that it would not be a problem and that I would be contacted later that day but about two weeks later I still have not heard from them. I am happy that I learned before actually using them to perform electrical services for me. I would never recommend them to any family or friends.

Extremely neat, professional, and patient. Took the time to explain alot to me including all my options so I could make an informed decision best suited for my home and my budget. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

Description of Work: Installed four flush-mount ceiling lights, replaced two additional recessed lights, upgraded from incandescent to LED, all in about 2.5 hours. Left everything perfectly cleaned and it worked out just fine. Very professional, on-time (in fact, two hours early), and did exactly what we asked for. Definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: They changed the hood over the stove and replaced the overhead light in the kitchen. I paid for 2 hours of work and felt that I really got my money worth. He was very efficient and personable. I was happy.

Description of Work: identify source of short in kitchen and no electric in overhead lights in dining room. Cortez was early for the appointment and seemed to know immediately what was wrong. He quickly tested and corrected both problems. I paid for 2 hours of electrical work, but parts weren't included. The price for the parts was higher than I anticipated, but I should have realized the cost would be higher given the quality of the company that I contracted with. Cortez was great to work with and I would use this company and ask for him specifically.
