Description of Work: The service was average. I gathered they were more interested in upselling than providing quality service. When I called them on it their attention turned to trying to make up for mediocre service before. Not sure if I would hire them again or not. They installed 4 recessed lights and upgraded 6nadditional lights to LEDs

Description of Work: Overall the work turned out great; the logistics was a nightmare. | |I purchased the deal and had to wait almost 2 months to schedule installation; I wish I would have known prior to purchasing. After waiting, I was contacted the day of and told they would not be able to install my recess lights since the previous job was taking too long and I was offered no reasonable consideration. FYI, my appointment was scheduled for late morning. A few weeks later I had my appointment. Again the work was good but there were so many hidden charges. Depending on what material your ceiling was, it was an additional cost. There were (2) options for lighting, the nicer ones were ridiculously more expensive. That's all I could remember at the moment..

Company is very professional to deal with. Provided a lot of information up front to enable us to make the best decision on which generator to install, all options available, and positioning the generator. Was very good with follow up questions. Was very sensitive to installation concerns about adjoining landscaping. Brought a full crew of electricians and helpers to minimize the installation time, given our constraints for taking off work to be home. Very professional installation. Arranged for all permits and inspections. Demonstrated and explained operation. This was the second project with Baily & Shipp. They previously supported the installation of a solar power system, which also went well. We solicited a second bid for this project. Baily & Shipp was a little more expensive but my wife and I felt more comfortable with the proposed work and their approach to completing the project. We would definitely select Baily & Shipp for another electrical project.
Description of Work: Provided and installed a 20KW Kohler Generator (Model 20RESA). Mounted on pea gravel pad with ground rod for earth ground. Installed relay system to disable solar system during operation. Performed all electrical work, including installation of new panel, transfer switch, and wiring to generator. Sub'ed out and supervised gas plumbing work. Price included 1 year of maintenance (2 service calls).

They are extremely responsive and reasonable. I had made arrangments for them to put in a sub-panel in. They came over and stated that we needed the 40-year plus electrical panel replace because it was a fire hazard. They stated that they would be able to do all the work prior to the hurricane. In order to do this, they had three employees come out to make sure that this was finished prior and it was. They are always prompt and professional and do phenomenomal work. They are nice guys.
Description of Work: They installed a hanging light in a two-story foyer. Also, they installed a brand new sub-panel for generator. We also had a breaker for our water heater and replaced/repaired that.

.Rich arrived on time with 2 helpers. They encountered lots of problems with the install but worked through each issue professionally. Things like ductwork and studs in the way did not slow them down. They worked well together and had everything they needed on their truck. We had received a recommendation from another owner in our condo who was very satisfied with their work.
Description of Work: Install 3 new pendant fixtures that we had purchased online in a recessed ceiling. There were no existing fixtures.
