It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out great! I have no complaints. They were actually early in coming out, they came out, performed the work with no problems, cleaned up their mess, and were on their way. It was pretty fast. I paid around $200.

The provider sent me an email to schedule an appointment. Once the appointment date was scheduled they emailed me about a week before the appointment to ask if there was an existing ceiling outlet or attic access. I responded that there was neither. Then the provider said they did not want any surprises when they arrived so they wanted to let me know that there would be an additional $125 if there is no ceiling fixture to fish the wire from the wall outlet. I agreed to the additional cost. Prior to his arrival, the installer called to let me know that he was on his way.(good customer service) Once he arrived I asked that he also add a center receptacle to allow me to add a chandelier later. This was an additional $100. The installer explained the work to be done and where additional holes would be needed. Once the holes were drilled and wiring installed the installer gave me a choice between 2 types of bulbs. I wasn't sure about the newer type with LEDs where the bulb is hidden but agreed to try them. Then the provider explained that there would be an additional $50 for each. I was surprised at the extra cost since this was not explained when I was given a choice. In any case, since I didn't love the LEDS I asked that they be switched to the lights that were included with the advertised special. The lights were switched as requested. All in all I am pleased with the completed project. Although holes needed to be drilled in the drywall, the installer explained this initially and they look neat and finished with wall plates.The 4 recessed lights really improve the look of my living room and I now have a ceiling outlet for future use. I would use this provider again.

I was advised upfront that there might be additional charges depending on the location of existing ceiling fixture. Liked that they did this since avoided any undue surprises on installation day! Was also advised that there would be an upsell to LED lighting. Nice to know this in advance too! Electrician was very informative and personable. I ended up taking advantage of the LED lighting package and am not sorry I did so. Wonderful lights!! Final billing was $325 in addition to the Big Deal cost. My only (very minor) complaint is that I will have to repair several small holes in the ceiling where the electrician was trying to avoid a support beam. Overall, super satisfied with service. Sarah Swisher, at their office, was terrific. Plan to use them for future lighting needs.

They're very nice and very professional. They're coming out tomorrow to get the work done. The experience so far has been great - I already have another job lined up for them!

They contacted me the day that the guy was going to do the work and they said they would call me to reschedule as he had gotten sick. I still have not heard anything from them since that time. They did call fairly soon after the Big Deal purchase to setup the work.

For the first appointment, the provider was punctual and did a good job of installing the 4 new recessed lights and dimmer. I decided to upgrade the new lights and 1 existing light to LED recessed for an additional charge. At that time, I impulsively decided to upgrade the 6 recessed lights in the kitchen to LED. I had to make another appointment for that upgrade. The provider was approx. 4 hours late for that appointment with no phone call to let me know they were behind schedule. I had to call to confirm that I was still on the schedule for the day. The old lighting was swapped out for the updated LED and work fine. However, when all was completed, my $195 Big Deal cost me a total of almost $900 ! Will definitely not act so impulsively and shop around next time.

Initially I didn't hear from them after purchasing the Big Deal, I reached out to Angie's List - they called the company for me. The company then called me. They came out, installed the lights. I had them come back to replace all the switches in my house. Ufortunately, they missed two switches. I called them and they told me they would call me back. A guy called me back and apologized, he told me they would come back out and replace the last two switches. I got a call on Monday from who I think is the owner who started yelling and screaming about why I didn't do a check before they left, told me that they would fix one and not the other and that the reason they didn't fix that switch is because it was in an unfinished area in my house - I don't have any unfinished areas in my house, it is a completely finished house. He told me that the guy that called and originally apologized for missing the switches and told me he would come back to fix the issue should never have done that and that he was in the wrong for doing so. That was out of line and extremely unprofessional. I had to call them back again today, the office told me that they told the guy not to come. They said before they will come out to repair the switch, I have to take a picture and email it to them - then they will decide if they will come out and fix it or not.

The installer arrived ontime was very helpful and did not forsee any problems with the installation. After about 45 minutes he told me that due to the tile structure he could not guarantee that there would not be damage to the cieling. It seems the clips that are used to attach the housing to the ceiling would damage the ceiling tile. I have an older ceiling tile that I love, so I'm glad he forwarned me. He would have been able to install the lights in another area of my house, but the price would increase, so I declined.

Ashton and Bob arrived on time to take care of the installation of four can lights on the first floor of a three level town home. The total turn around was roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes from start to finish. That included Ashton walking me through the process, what they would be doing and what to expect. Good couple of guys that were professional and on target. No surprises and no pressure upsell on anything. Ashton gave me the option of upgrading to LED lighting once, but I politely declined and that was that. They started work up, finished, cleaned up, and showed me the work to get final approval. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors and should we need more work done, they'll be the ones we call.

Life should always be this easy.... first I enjoyed talking with Sara to agree on a schedule and then having Ashton (their electrician) arrive on time, prepared, and personable. We quickly agreed on the best placement for the lights and about 2 hours later the lights were installed, looked great, and any mess that might have been created in the process was completely gone. Perfect! Generally, I'm a compusive do-it-myself guy, but that's partly because it's so rare to get a service arranged and delivered so easily and well done. I'll use them again - in fact they'll be back next week replace an exhaust fan for me.

Purchased the Big Deal for four recessed lights. They were fine with scheduling communications. He showed up 20 minutes late, but that was my only negative. He "upsold" me to LED fixtures instead, which added $250 to my cost but the LEDs are fabulous. Very happy with the results and the service. They also called me after the job to see if I was satisfied.

My only complaint was scheduling and followup with their office. I think they were overloaded by Angie's List offer. It took several conversations to establish that the Angie's List deal would not cover the work to be performed. Once I was scheduled, everything was done when the promised but the office didn't stay on top of scheduling the inspector and followup with BGE. I liked their people, they did great work and I plan to call them very soon to do some work in my kitchen.

Technicians Ashton and Jim did all the work we needed in 4 hour time slot ( Angie's list big deal) .We are very pleased with their job and they deserve A+.

Everything worked out pretty good. He fixed the GFI outlet that had stopped working that impacted 3 bathrooms. He also installed 2 bedroom ceiling fans and an bathroom exhaust fan that had a light. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I had to spend an additional $200 for random supplies. I didn’t receive an itemized supply list but I felt there may have been a lot of markup. I knew beforehand that I'd be responsible for additional supplies, but I didn't expect it to be $200 worth. The service was good, he did a good job. However, when he cut a hole in the ceiling drywall, he was off center, so he had to go a few inches over and they didn't repair that.

They were very good and worked with us to structuring the job to fit in the deal from Angie’s List. The job took went beyond a day and it took a few days since we had to go through a building permit. We really felt we got a good value out of using the company and the deal.

The work was good quality, done in a timely manner and on schedule. The original deal was 8 hrs. of electrician time for $399. The rest was for some extra work I asked to have done that took them over the 8 hrs. A great deal when compared to estimates I had received to do just the pool pump outlet!

It didn't go as I have not heard from the provider since he came to my home to assess my generator needs . The cost of the generator remains on my credit card bill.

We had two ceiling fans installed, one ceiling fan repaired, two outdoor motion-detector lights repaired, and a new doorbell installed. The gentleman was very nice, quick, and cleaned up around the areas where he worked. We will very happily call this company again. It was a great price for great service.

I needed a 3 way switch in my garage ,an outlet in my wall, a motion detector with a manual override switch & some outside outlets serviced!

James, the tech who came on time, was very polite and neat. He installed an outlet for the microwave that was not on our first list. He was able to correct the problem with the original GFI installation and did install the bath exhaust fan that was missed the first time. This company takes great pride in their work and were very shocked when the original review was poor. They made great efforts to make us happy and do the job right.

The two man team work diligently to complete all work within the time frame allotted. They worked non-stop and on ly stop to address concerns brought up from time to time on other areas to be worked. They were friendly and professional and took off their shoes before entering the primises. They manage the fallout of the work and cleaned up after they were done for the day. We definitely plan on doing more work with them!
