Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List deal for 2 electricians for 4 hours of work. That is not what we got. They sent an electrician and his apprentice, who did not work independently. We were expecting 2 fully functioning electricians and had several projects we were hoping to get finished. They did however find time to talk to our neighbor about a project she wanted done, while they were supposed to be working on our job. The work they did manage to finish appears to have been done well. I didn't get what I signed up for and was left disappointed. I expressed my concerns to the company which they apparently "filed".

Description of Work: Installed four recessed lights in our kitchen and replaced the receptacles in four others. Ashton was professional, punctual, and friendly. Will definitely use Bailey and Shipp in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Bailey&Shipp Electical.

Description of Work: They came out two different times for different jobs. The first one they added an outlet to an attic area. They also fixed an outlet that was dangerously bulging out of the wall. The second time they put together and installed a very heavy crystal chandelier. The electrician took the extra care to make sure the weight could be supported by the ceiling because it was so heavy. He also fixed a ceiling fan. The young man was very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: The ballast in my upstairs bathroom was replaced and the light over the medicine cabinet was checked as it wasn't working. After checking it, the light bulb was tightened and the wires checked and it works fine now. Also, they checked my front outside light and found a metal piece that had to be bent back to make that light work. | |Also, a motion detector light was installed at the back of my porch. I feel a lot better going out early in the morning with the light. | |I paid $110.00 for the parts that were needed.
