very prompt service; excellent cleaning job. Like that they did not use the extraction method which leaves carpets wet for a long time.

My babysitter was home to let the technician in and clean our sofa. Once the technician saw our sofa, he explained the they needed to use a different technique to effectively treat our sofa which, in addition to our sofa's size, would change the cost. No problem. Since my wife and I were both at work, I gave the office a call to reschedule and to discuss the change in cost. The nice lady on the phone couldn't completely take care of answering my questions so the owner, George, called back. When I spoke with George, the whole tone of my interaction with this company changed. George was rude and spoke to me as if I had tried to intentionally give them misinformation regarding our couch. Before resolving my question about the job's cost, he handed me over to the original woman who I spoke with earlier. While I asked tried to clarify service cost with her, I heard him snap at her in the background saying that she shouldn't attempt to give me a price over the phone and we needed to wait until they came out again.

We just moved from overseas, and when my couch arrived it was stained and smelled bad. I bought the deal for a couch and a chair and they contacted me within a couple hours, were very responsive, and showed up the next business day. The technician was able to get the smell and the stains out with no issues, and everything looks great.

Wow! This company has great communication protocols, which makes for outstanding customer service. The initial scheduling and price quote and the confirmation call went without a hitch. I received a call back to update me on scheduling glitches and offer an array of options, which included getting the service at the price quoted within 5 mins of the originally scheduled time since a completely different technician than the one scheduled was willing to work past his scheduled time to take on the job and get the couch company ready before my big next-day event. The technician was more than courteous, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He explained what the process entailed, typical results, potentially problem areas and likely outcomes, and future do-it-yourself maintenance between professional annual cleanings. Obviously my couch didn't come out looking like new, but it was definitely a noticeable improvement. Several dark stains were magically lifted, older discolorations were lightened but not invisible. Not bad for a neglected 11-year-old upholstered sofa.

It was just average, kind of what we excepted -nothing more than that. I don't remember anything bad. They were prompt and did their job quickly.

It was an okay job. I am not going to use them again. They were nice and clean, but their cleaning process is not as good as like the some other provider.

I had Chem-Dry come out last year, and they sent out a couple of people. This time it was only one person, in which he showed up 45 minutes late. I thought he could have been more thorough and paid better attention to detail. It seemed he rushed through it and was gone very quickly. The attitude he had was very cavalier. We were going back and forth as to what constitutes what a “room” is. He only did one side of the bed and said it was because he couldn’t get his machine to the other side of the bed, which I felt was not a valid reason. I moved a chair for him to clean underneath and he said I couldn’t do that as it added on additional space.

They were on time. They explained what they could do & couldn't do. They were professional & helpful.

The two gentlemen arrived on time and were very professional. I was disappointed though in the work completed. The stains that were on the carpet look worse now then before they cleaned it. I can understand that the stains were not able to come out but for them to look worse than before they did the work is very upsetting.

Carpets were cleaned and some repair also done on the fringe. They look like new.

Very happy. They showed up on time, and took exactly 2 hours, which is what they estimated. No extra costs. Professional and punctual. The carpet looks great.

They came and did a good job. There was no problem. I think Walter was the technician that came. He was very nice, polite, and thorough. It was a good experience. I had an additional done. The coupon that I got was $99. So, I had an additional room done for $106. Actually, the $99 coupon was for two rooms, but I guess when I showed them my room, they said that it was more than the footage. I did not think so, but I was not going to argue with that. So, they did my other room for $106. It was more than what I anticipated when I scheduled because I thought I was going to get the two rooms for $99. They were a little late in getting here. They did a good job so I would probably use them again. When they put their coupon up and they say two rooms, they would have to be a little more specific as to what these two rooms would entail. My rooms were a lot narrower. It was not a big room and the other one. I think I have problems with that and I feel like I was so roped in with that.

They were on time, very friendly and fast. And they did a terrific job. They were also able to fit me in before Thanksgiving and I really appreciated that. I will absolutely use them for my whole house when it needs done.

It was great. Walter arrived at the agreed upon time. He was a professional who has worked in carpet cleaning for a long time. He was knowledgable and professional and fast. The original price was $99 but we readily bought the tough stain removal process because the rugs were a mess. I could not believe it when he finished. The rugs looked great and all the stains were gone.

They told me that they no longer service my county. I've used them in the past, and they were great.

Awesome! He did a favor and came on a Sunday. He came before the football game. He was able to remove stains that previously not been able to be removed. Now it doesn't have to be replaced. He made my sectional look brand new. The carpet dried in an hour. I highly recommend!

They were wonderful in explaining the differences between cleaning methods which would be most effective in cleaning the sofa. The same is true for the carpet and the chem dry system as opposed to steam cleaning. The only thing that ultimately mattered of course was the result. And for both the sofa and the carpet I could not be happier with the result. In fact, ChemDry was able to clean my carpet even more thoroughly than steam cleaning had done 6 weeks earlier. ChemDry was able to remove two stains that the steam cleaners said were "too set" into the carpet to ever come out. Will not hesitate to use them again.

My appointment was set up quickly and the cleaners were on time and very professional. My furniture was in dire need of cleaning. Even now I get phone calls every time they have a deal or a percentage off sale.
