These guys are incredibly timely, and totally professional. Mr. Joel Cooper made this happen the SAME DAY that he drove out to the property, in Annapolis . . . which, until I actually saw the work being done, and then completed, I didn't think was even remotely possible. Prior to retaining the services of AC Paving, I read their reviews. My first thoughts were: Are these reviews TRULY for REAL? CAN they be? After all, what kind of company nets out such consistently POSITIVE reviews, from customer after customer, after customer? This company does, and now, I understand why. Joel Cooper drove over to the property, provided an estimate, and he said, "We can start this project two hours from now, Todd, and it'll be completed today, by late afternoon." I was skeptical, but he was so self-assured and completely confident in his teams' ability to get things done that I said, "Okay. Cool. Let's do it!" Well, six hours and 20 minutes later, it was ALL completed - to perfection. These guys are the REAL deal, as I saw for myself, and am hereby attesting to, on this website. Very responsible and dependable company. Work was done in a very timely manner. We resurfaced our driveway and added new asphalt to entire road (same day). Very easy to work with Mr. Cooper and explained all the options available for the work you want. He was very available for questions on the work site. Quality of work was excellent . I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional. Joel replied promptly to my initial inquiry, came out within a day, went over everything in detail and submitted a quote. He responded promptly when I had questions. Highly recommended! Old asphalt removed and new driveway was expanded. Before could only fit 2-cars, but now it’s a 5-car driveway! Joel and his crew provided OUTSTANDING customer-service! Work started on-time and we are very pleased with our new driveway!

After meeting Joel about a year ago, I called him to set up a consultation as we were highly motivated to revitalize the curb appeal of our home while increasing the surface area of our driveway to suit our lifestyle. Joel showed up bright and early on a Monday morning and extended his expertise on how to address our cosmetic requests as well as proposed a way to improve rain water runoff issues. We were sold on his ideas and could not wait to get the job started. Lucky for us, we did not have to wait. Within the hour, a full convoy of beautiful red trucks descended upon our property. Before we new it, the driveway the we have been planning and budgeting for was actually happening. Exciting!!! By the end of the day we had a dark rich surface and hardscaping that still brings a smile to our faces each morning! AC Paving was great to work with. The estimator was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product and what needed to be done given the age and condition of our driveway. The crew arrived promptly on the day the work began. They were courteous and professional. The driveway looks like new and I would definitely hire them again. We are very satisfied with the work.

It was fabulous . They did such a great job. Joel was so customer focused . He really cared that everything was perfect . They finished in one afternoon . The price was was amazing . Joel was in the neighborhood doing my neighbors driveway and asked me if I was interested . Gave me an excellent price .on the spot started with in an hour . Was never able to actually speak with anyone in the company. Their answering service/receptionist was rude, robotic, and unknowledgeable. Spoke over me, couldn't answer basic question. AC Paving may be a good company, but with beginnings such as this, I'll pass.

Outstanding Very competitive price showed up on time completed the entire job from grading to laying the Asphalt by 4 pm. Watching the crew work was like watching a professional infield perform a triple play. Poetry in motion is the best way to describe it. Both my sale Rep Chad Hopkins personally came by both at the beginning and it the end of the job. He came by again to check that everything was done to my satisfaction. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our new asphalt driveway installed by AC Paving Company. The manager Joel was very knowledgeable and professional, and gave us a very fair offer to do the job. On the day the crew showed up to start the work I was completely blown away. They had a Calvary of 3 clean and shiny red trucks and equipment come rolling down my street all ready to start work. I was equally impressed watching the crew work so efficiently and quickly to remove the old asphalt, prepare the area, and install the new asphalt. They were done in less than 3 hours. Truly outstanding workmanship!! We would recommend them "hands down" to anyone looking to have their driveway replaced.

About 10 or 11 years ago, AC Paving installed a new asphalt driveway for us. Our original driveway was gravel and dirt. We were extremely please with the work and the price. The driveway has held up beautifully through the years, but it was looking like it needed sealant and we had a damaged area where water has frozen and thawed over and over. Today, AC Paving showed up at our home. They were in the neighborhood doing work and they remembered us from years ago. They immediately got to work and now we have a lovely, good as new drive. I highly recommend this company. They do good work, they clean up after themselves, and the owner is always on the job with his crew, seeing to every detail. The neighborhood hired this company to repair a portion of our private road and several of us decided to go ahead and have our driveways taken care of at the same time. WOW and Amazing, After posting a request for an estimate on Angie’s List, AC Paving came with full service and a great price for a huge job. Our driveway had not been touched in over 20 plus years and was in some dire need of restoration. Some of the issues we had stemmed from root growth, to chipping and don't even get me started on the sorry state of our culvert pipe. We have owned our house for eight years and have done some major tree removal in this time span. During this time the root situation was getting to the point you couldn't walk outside without tripping over parts of the driveway where the roots had come pushed up the asphalt. We had been looking at getting this done for the past few years but it we just couldn’t justify spending the money on such a project that we didn’t need right away. This was until our kids started college and we started traveling to watch them play football. Spending a small fortune on hotels, dog sitters, and eating out every night was not helping us get where we wanted to be in life. So we bought an RV, we brought her home and parked her in the crappy driveway and immediately know we needed to fix what we had been putting off for all these years. Like I said I requested an estimate from Angie’s List for 6 other paving companies and to this day have yet to year from them. So, 4 STARS for them on watching where the customers are requesting services from. Chad gave me a call and we talked about what I need and was looking for. His willingness to meet myself and my wife after work was a testament of his professionalism testament to the company that he is working for. After seeing the scoop of the job came back with a price that about knocked my wife and I upside down, sideways, inside out and backwards. After we regained our composure, he took the time to explain in detail what they would be doing for and how they would be correcting the driveway terror. It all came together and with a little luck from Mother Nature we would have our new driveway on Monday, but NOOO Mother Nature was going to put me off till Wednesday. That was okay, we received a call Sunday evening for a dryer day. The crews showed up around 9am with Chad ahead of them painting the new driveway lines. After a full 9 hours of work not only on my driveway but an additional two drives on our street, it was completed a new 78foot by 26foot new monster driveway with new culvert pipe installed. THIS THING IS HUGE some friends have said we have more driveway then yard now. We’ll all most. Chad worked with us to determine how much space we needed between property lines, in addition to how much space we needed to open the RV doors and still be able to get in and out with out hitting the house as we come in and out. We have posted pictures on Facebook as well as text messages to our family to show the before and after. We have had multiple request for AC Paving’s information and nothing but complements on the look. Overall, I would give a 5 STAR review to AC Paving their outstanding customer service, pricing, quality of work, and the guarantee are well work with my wife, and I paid for. If your looking for quality work, on any paving project you have you have to call AC Paving and talk to Chad.

It went well! They were professional, punctual, and they completed the job in the amount of time they originally said they would. They were also great at being communicative throughout the project. I would highly recommend them.

They came on time, did a great job but did not give me an invoice. I have requested it from the company but they did not answer.

I was very impressed with the promptness of the response to my request for a quote. Also found the company's thoroughness of onsite examination to be a plus--this was a 1,500 square foot job. The estimator was quite knowledgeable and I learned a great deal about replacement vs. repair, types of material, preparation and so on . A detailed quote was provided quickly, which reflects on efficiency and follow-thru with a customer. I requested quotes from 3 bidders for my job and, from a technical perspective I would rate AC Paving as the superior contractor of the group. The price was a bit too high, however, compared to other two vendors, and I did have a budget to work with for this home infrastructure project so I did not choose AC Paving. If their price as closer to competition then I would select them hands down based on perceived value and expected quality of work.

Sales rep came out same day for a quote and scheduled the job early the next week when most other contractors told me I had to wait for weeks/months. Job was priced fairly and the crew showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job. Owner ensured that the job site was returned to previous condition which was notable since the area was difficult to access with the required large equipment.

Exceptional! I contacted them in the morning from Angie's list, they came that evening, the job was started the next day and completed. Not only that, but I referred them to my neighbor .... he had his done as well. I would never imagine that this task would have been behind me in such a timely and cost-effective manner. They totally demolished (dug up) the old drive way and replaced it with a brand new one. Not only that, but the representative did exactly what and how he promised regarding specified concerns of mine. I would refer them again and again. The price was fair and right as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AC Paving did a superior job in resurfacing our 3600 square foot driveway. They had to cut out several areas where there were depressions and pave over roots, curves, and a round about. In the past, we have had several other paving jobs done, but by far, AC did the most professional job. You can just look at it and see it is a beautiful job, but the devil is in the details, the edge work is the best I have ever seen. The owner is right on site, directing his guys every step of the way. Reminds me of how my father ran his business. When I had a question about the wording of the contract, I called, and in 15 minutes the owner showed up at my door to review the fine print. Great customer service. You can tell this is a top notch business just by the way their trucks and equipment are in excellent shape, well maintained and clean. We had gotten a quote the previous summer but were not able to get the paving done. They were doing a neighbors driveway today and honored the previous year's quote. Job was done quickly and looks great. Would definitely hire them again but don't expect to have to because this driveway will last forever.

Process went smoothly w/ excellent results. Estimator, Chad, came out, explained the driveway's condition and offered two options, w/ replacement being more expensive but definitive. He explained the process and answered questions. We haggled a bit over the price, he asked my price range and then discussed it w/ his boss. We settled on the price, signed the contract, and was delighted they could do the work the next day. The crew arrived and immediately set to work w/o a break. They apparently work as a team frequently b/c the process was practically synchronized. Everybody knew his job and did. When equipment operators would reach a point where they were finished w/ a certain task, they would get down and do whatever work was required to finish. Great care was taken w/ the new lawn and near the garage floor. and sidewalk. Very pleased.

The staff was at the job site when promised, they completed the job as promised.
