Excellent!

Aaron was very thorough in his inspection. We had split the inspection into two halves because after two hours, we had a list of about 40 items needing to be fixed and we were hesitant on if the seller was going to fix them. He spent about four hours on a 2,100 sq ft split level home. He offered to go over the detached garage for free but not record the results. The quality of the inspection was superb. The only misinformation we received was the age of the heat pump which he stated was from 1985 (house built in 1990) when it was actually built in 2002. We went on the manufacturer's website to confirm. You can't expect an inspector to know every serial number scheme so it is not too much of a concern. My girlfriend and I were very appreciative of his service and professional demeanor.

Contacted company by email to request information that would convince me they were qualified to inspect homes and what what would be done during the inspection. Never received a response.

Overall, the service was great...no problems. We hired Aaron for our home inspection and were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He turned around the inspection report on the same day, which was helpful to our process. He found several issues with the home that we may not have caught on our own, or may not have noticed until much later down the road. He was very thorough and detailed, and even stopped to answer our questions during his process. I would recommend him to anyone I knew purchasing a home.

Went very well. He issued a 40 page report that identified every possible glitch. Many were minor or negligable but that was OK with me. (he drove the owner nuts with all his highlighted problems but Aaron was working for me and I was OK with his detail.)
